My experience was positive. I booked online. Uhaul called and confirmed my truck would be available. I went to pick it up with no problems. Returning it after hours was no issue except the parking lot was blocked off with a chain strung across the entrance. Overall it was good.

Terrible service, everyone ignored us until we were practically yelling to get their attention. Lady was rude, like we were causing her an inconvenience. when we finally got her attention she didn't explain anything and was unhelpful. Did not have a printer in order to give us our receipt so we had to take a picture of her screen with my phone. Once it finished she just handed us the key without any instructions on where to go or what to look for in order to find the truck. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever had, if I could give a 0 star I would. They should not be a Uhaul dealer, shameful that Uhaul even let's them be a renter.

Terrible service, everyone ignored us we were waiting for more than 2 hours and they said system is down and we can't give cars. Lady was rude, kid works there know nothing about customer service, don't trust them

These guys are useless, barely anything available, and there are no bulletins or memos or updates anywhere that says they are out of stock. Always call and do a visual check on rental vehicles.
