I am a new customer at this location. I had an issue with my insurance, and they were EXTREMELY helpful and curtious. After getting the matter resolved with the insurance company, I called and spoke with Sam. I cannot tell you howw much I appreciated his people skills. I work in customer service myself. and have never met people so understanding and knowledgeable. The team here is great!! Will be a customer for years

Was at another pharmacy and had serious mistakes with important medication so I switch to Highland pharmacy and I wish I had done it years ago. Super friendly service. I ordered a refill today with absolutely no problems and it's being delivered today. At my old pharmacy I'd was lucky if they remembered to deliver it. And to make things even better when I transferred my prescriptions the pharmacy sent a box of chocolate welcoming me to the pharmacy. Impressive!

I walked into this pharmacy because it's close to a store I was visiting. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. I was so blown away by the friendliness of the pharmacist and his willingness to help and provide product advice. He truly seemed to want my business, and gave me a discount card that applies to all regular priced merchandise. This is a big incentive to move to this pharmacy! It reminded me of a small-town store, a relic from the past, and it made me wish that more store owners took the same approach to their customers. I will be back.

I just moved to Cambridge and did a Google search for a new pharmacy. Sam's IDA came up with the best reviews, and I understand why. Super friendly man who is very knowledgable. I overheard him helping other customers as I waited. Excellent customer service. Highest recommendation!!

Sam is amazing! i been dealing with pharmacy for many years all over Canada, Sam truly cares about his patents, very professional and very down to earth. i truly love walking into the store to hear him call me by my name and ask me everytime how my day is going. hes not only the owner, he works there everyday and is proud of what he does!

I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I switched from a shoppers (never looking back) and Sam made the transition to his pharmacy incredibly easy during a crazy stressful time. Little things make a big difference; people don't typically go to pharmacists because they are healthy. Making a transaction like that positive is really appreciated and impressive. Thank you Sam.
