Lost World Reptile Store
Ordered live weaned rats, was given jumbos. I had to euthanize them, and throw them out. Saw the lady running the store flushing dead rats and mice down a toilet. They were housing 10+ baby bearded dragons in a 5 gallon terrarium. Had a basilisk for sale with significant facial damage, as it was being housed in a 20 gallon enclosure. Prices are reasonable though.Store has unethical practices towards their animals, this should not be the first impression that anyone gets about the reptile hobby.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very welcoming. They answered all our questions and helped us purchase our latest Bearded Dragon. Thank you again, Phoenix is doing great in her new home. We'll be back again soon for crickets and worms.

It was my first visit to this store and would be last. I ordered springtale culture there for my terrarium. The staff forgot to call me , when it arrived. When I finally picked it up and put some food to bring springtales out, I found (after waiting for 2 days) that there are 0 live springtales.

The staff have always been very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the animals they carry. They are also reasonably priced and I go here often to pick up supplies. I highly recommend this store if you have any exotic animals!

10/10 would recommend; don't waste your time spending $15/2 mice at PetSmart, Lost Reptile World is the way to go!!! Also the best for giving advice, helped me fixed my feeding schedule as pet smart had put my reptile OFF feed.

Had a great time here as I needed some feeders for my bearded dragon. I found the staff very pleasant to deal with and shared their ideas about reptiles. I would recommend a visit to check them out!Would recommend!

This shop is wonderful! Staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and very caring. Natasha took the time to help with my sweet little leopard gecko and has given me so many tips on caring for her.

Small store not very many Reptiles. Not wheel chair accessible. The staff didn't look like they wanted to help to busy carry on with there conversation. Asked them about a reptile they would have take my number and ask there boss the boss never got back to me.

They are giving their animals improper housing & care. Some of their animals are in really bad shape. It is likely they are cutting corners. If you care about basic animal ethics, do NOT shop here.
