I've used BMP a few times during the summer to rent a wheelchair for my grandma. The process was very easy to do and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely use it again for outings with my grandma.

poor ken? over 1 hour to get wheel off . person befor had jammed the shim in, in reverse, but he fixed correctly. after much sweat . great personal service. rare breed.

Ken the owner is a delightful person to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly. The rental rates for the hospital bed is cheaper than the other places I called and also he seems to want the chance to serve you. Will definitely deal with him again.

I want to thank Ken and the employees at BMP Home Mobility Care for all their help in getting me a mobility scooter. Unfortunately due to Covid and availability, it took a few months to get delivery. Ken kept me up to date on delivery time and he included his delivery and setup in the price. He delivered the scooter pre charged and ready to roll, and explained the operation fully. Ken was always available to answer questions and jumped through hoops to correct a seat issue which was my fault. I thank you very much and will definitely go to BMP for my mobility needs in the future.

[a permanent wheelchair user]I'm very familiar with this place and used their service for more than three years. This shop is good for smaller products such as walkers, canes etc but this review is based on the wheelchair I purchased from them in 2019. Ken is an experienced shop owner who was able to guide me well regarding the process of applying for assistance [Ontario's ADP]. This shop also cooperated with me to pay money to them in instalments as the total cost was really high, which I'm always thankful for.However, I ordered my second wheelchair from a new vendor and felt it is important to leave a review as a constructive criticism. Here, I will provide three reasons to explain why I gave this business two stars:1: I was not told about my options of wheelchair [companies] rather got guided to one company. Which saved me time but reduced my options.2: When I received my wheelchair, there were many parts such as belts, armrest, etc which I never used [+ needed] from the very first day of receiving the wheelchair. I'm aware that I never needed it as the other vendor gave me the option which saved me money.3: Shop attendant is a good human but they need to invest in more workers to have an appropriate customer service. During 2022 when I was there for the last time, this place was not able to handle more than one customer at a time. Thus, negatively impacting the service this shop can provide after delivering a product.
