FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
This company was dispatched by our insurance company for a basement flood. They came out to take pictures, and said they would be back mid week to begin ripping out the carpet and drywall. It is now Friday, and no one has returned my calls and no one has come to remove the water damaged materials. I have called multiple times, as has my insurance company... and nothing. Not impressed at all with this company.

FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
This company was sent by my insurance company when my basement flooded. The whole team was amazing, they checked in almost daily, worked directly with my insurance company, very clean even though my house was a mess from the flood, very friendly, polite and professional. They were able to answer my questions and help guide me in the right direction.
