Grover Bros Tree Care

I had Grover Bros remove 2 large trees beside my house. They were very quick and professional. Their clean up was well above and beyond my expectations. Incredible company and workers. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends. Very happy with all of the work performed.

Did amazing work and actually arrived early. Neighbor watched them take the tree down with lines piece by piece and was amazed at how well they did. I wouldnt hesitate to have them return. Great price and great knowledge. My tree was 3 stories high roughly and over my house and within 15’ ft of it. They had no accsess for truck. Was all climbing and lowering of branches. I contacted throw messenger and found very responsive compared to most ppl including myself lol

The Grover Brothers were very professional, came to deliver a quote within a day of contacting them. Delivered the best quote we received. Big companies came to quote us and quoted large numbers after arriving days after we contacted them. They arrived on-time, and stayed until the job was done. They were very respectful of our property as well as our neighbours. They even cut down a tree for us that wasn't on their quote for a very reasonable price. The yard looks amazing now, would recommend to anyone looking into tree or hedge removal.

Incredibly safe and professional! These guys are my favorite out of all the tree services in Woodstock and Oxford County! And yes I have had them all in my forest like back yard. I hired Grover Bros to take down trees from my backyard.Amazing service provided by amazing Grover Bros.They were fast, neat n clean, careful toward my property n lawn, very helpful and professional individuals with a smile on their face. My backyard looks much better after Brandon n his brother worked his magic. Checks all the boxes if your looking for a trust worthy contractor. Excellent customer service and communication, very knowledgeable, timely service, fair prices, polite, great attention for detail and exceptional clean up. I highly recommend Grover Bros. And wish morecontractors in general were like these guys.

Had Brandon, Ben, and Wyatt take down 1 tree and removing a few branches from another. The guys arrived on time, were respectful and efficient. Handled the job in no time. Completely cleaned up my and the neighbors yards after their work was complete, wouldn't even know they were there. Price was more than fair. A happy customer. They arrived this morning, had the tree down by noon. Tall walnut tree could be 70-80' tall, 30 diameter at the base. This was in back back yard and the tree had to be climbed and the limbs had to be brought down to avoid fence and shed as well as a vegetable garden. The tree was brought down with no damages and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I would use them again!"

Had Grover Bros in this morning to remove one tree and trim back three others that were growing out over the house. They were very professional and quickly got the job done with the top notch staff and equipment they have and did an awesome job of clean up. These guys know what they’re doing and I would highly recommend this company.

My neighbor was getting several trees removed and knew I wanted to get one removed from my backyard. They provided a quote to remove the tree and I agreed. They did a good job at my tree removal.The problem was they decided to back their equipment directly on to my front yard to chip my Neighbors trees causing huge tire ruts 2-3 inches deep 8 feet long on my front lawn which I recently had regraded with irrigation and fresh Kentucky blue grass sod installed two years prior. At a cost of $6kThey said they would throw some dirt and grass seed to fix, I informed them of the work I had done to the front yard, that they never asked to drive their chipper on my property and showed them the receipt from the work I had done.No problem, they came and measured and said they have someone that would come out and redo the area that they damaged. Excellent news…… 6 weeks go by did not hear back from them at all. I had to get someone else to come out and quote to fix the front lawn and clean up the damage they left behind.Huge hassle of my time and energy. I have no problem paying for services although when you ruin a customer’s property you should fix the damage left behind follow up and not leave it to the customer to fix it. They did reduce our bill so we could pay for the company I had to find to fix the front yard.As mentioned, great job on the tree removal but perhaps a little more attention to customer service and property would be appreciated.
