Thank goodness the food is good. The service is awful. On top of being a waitress, they have to bartend, what a terrible business concept. Hire a bartender. The place wasn't busy but everything took so long because the waitresses had to do it all

I barely give negative review to any business but this is 4th time in row have been disappointed for take out at this location. First time it was during lunch but did not complaint thinking mistakes happen as they were very busy2nd time they did not even add yogurt dressing just plain rice with veggies3rd time chicken instead of tofuAnd now 4th ordered i had asked specfic for equal veggies n rice but bowl was majorly filled with riceNever going to order back !!

Good place for a quick bite. Ive tried the location in Okotoks and do like the food there better. I ordered the beef noodle bowl and my friend the poke bowl. We also had the dynamite roll appies. The rolls were overly vinegard but still good enough to eat.

The parmeson and garlic fries were delicious, along with the gyozas. The drinks were cold and crisp. First time being here, will be back. Enjoyed the patio, didn't see much of the inside. The male greeter/server lacked personality and gave the impression he didn't really want to be there - no way to set the tone for the experience, however the waitress was awesome, attentive, kind and engaged in conversation, so she more than made up for it.

Absolutely terrible service. My family and I went here tonight for my birthday dinner and our waitress and manager was quite rude. On top of terrible service getting a drink took over 30 minutes and food over a hour. We had to start putting all of our dirty dishes on the table beside us because our waitress wasn’t clearing our table.I ordered a chicken taco and specifically asked not to get the spicy seasoning on the chicken and of course it came out with spicy seasoning. The waitress told us she could take the tacos away and remake it but we weren’t waiting another hour for food. When we voiced our concerns the waitress replied “I did my best”. We would completely understand if you were busy but when you have 4 tables this is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Came here with my husband, and had a lovely time! The calamari was so tasty, and the burgers are just incredible. The gravy, trust me, get it! So dang good. The service was good, even if it was slow, it was so worth the wait. Amazing food. Look forward to coming back.Edit. Lost a star because the wait times for food are awful. Prepare to wait at least 45 minutes for your dinner, if not longer. I ordered carry out, was told 30-45 minutes, showed up closer to 45 minutes, was told it'll be another 10 minutes... ended up waiting in the doorway for 20. I still love this place, but just be aware of the what times.

I recently visited Brown's Socialhouse and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the menu offered a great selection of tasty dishes. But what really made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Frances.Frances went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was top-notch. She was friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was to my liking. She also had great recommendations for drinks and menu items that I might enjoy.
