I changed hairdressers because my old place didn’t implement the necessary COVID protocols. Westmen not only has sanitizer everywhere, they have dividers between every work station, they cover you with both a gown and plastic and everyone there wears a mask. Had a great experience here and will definitely go back!

Had my hair cut by Tina. She did not know how to cut a fade at all. Why not just say you cannot do it. She was also too busy talking to others in the salon (husband, brother, son, in-laws. You are being paid to cut my hair. Keep your mind on what you are doing. Poor, poor skills.

The person who cut my hair was literally DRUNK, I could even smell the alcohol. Surprisingly the haircut was not as bad as I was expecting it to be but it was the most stressful haircut of my life. They were very rough with moving my head, the trimmer machine was extremely hot because they hadn't turned it off for a while. I had to ask them to stop. It was so hot that I had a red mark on the side of my head for a few days after. I called after I left to complain and they had the audacity to call me back and ask why I called to complain about them. I was not planning to call but right after me they were gonna cut a kids hair so I was debating if I should call the police right away or call them. The person I spoke with on the phone was nice and understanding and they told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the haircut.

I recently switched barbers and started coming here, the people are the friendliest and I have to say they have me my best haircut ever! Highly recommend!
