Went here on Mar 18/2023. I don’t understand why their rating is so low!!!! The man who talked to me at the counter was SUPER helpful, I gave him a detailed explanation of what was happening with my stove, he asked questions along the way, gave his diagnosis and reasoning as to why, and he was 100% accurate. Had I taken the stove apart beforehand I probably would have known, but getting the right, friendly help in the moment was more than appreciated. Will come back here first if future appliance repairs are needed . A++++

The staff I spoke to on the phone were fantastic and very patient with me. The part for my refrigerator was only available at one location, and the staff member at the North store confirmed they had it and got it ordered for me. I was a bit scrambled on which location, and the staff member at this location checked and confirmed I was heading to pick it up at the right place. I have dealt with Reliable before, and have always had great service from them. Bonus, the cost for said part was less than I expected. Thank you!

If you can describe what you need, they can help you find it if they carry it. The location can be inconvenient, but the customer service is quite good. Some things are a lot cheaper online but could break or break an appliance. I’m talking about filters.

on top of being useless in helping secure a part over the phone I decided to double check the part I actually ordered through reliable based on a suppler parts number provided through samsung itself . because of the run around I did get from the phone call and at the counter in there trail appliance location when picking up the part I decided to re check the part only to be told it was wrong . sure I got the refund but when I asked for the part number required I am checking to see what the differences were they gave me a parts number that is not even close to what need . the one star is for at least the printer working on my refund form

This location is the best because it us open on Saturdays and is in Trail Appliances. An error was made in the original order, but they went the extra mile to make it right!

Ordered a part for my broken fridge 2 months ago, and have yet to receive anything. I understand delays, but when I called 4 weeks in the couldn't give me any information. Literally, they told me nothing. Finally heard back again today after inquiring at the beginning of the week and all they can tell me is they can't tell me when I will receive the part. There should be some kind of indication about their lack of supply before ordering. I've been dealing with a flooding fridge for months now. Go somewhere else. Maybe it's just a scam? They definitely got me.

The parts person I spoke to was very helpful. He was even kind enough to make a suggestion to me regarding the needed part. I had the wrong idea about what to replace. The price was very good and it was even in stock. Now my washer is working again. I'm very happy with my experience at Reliable Parts.

I've been buying parts from Reliable Parts for years. They are knowledgable (although I often research the part first online) and their prices are typically cheaper than online outlets. But the 5 star review goes back a couple years ago when we were doing some Christmas baking and our oven element blew out. It was a day or two prior to Christmas and I got to the Trail Appliances location a few hours prior to them closing. They didn't have my part and I figured I'd be tossing a lot of ingredients in the garbage. Then the guy behind the counter says he found one in their warehouse. I figured that meant I could get it next week. Instead he says he's about to take his lunch break and will drive over to get the element for me and bring it back in about an hour. And he did. And it fit. And everyone gained weight at Christmas! Thanks RP!

Thank you to Alex, who was able to find a part for my old Admiral dryer. It was the correct replacement. The competitor could not find me a part and I was sent away empty handed. It made a big difference for me. Thank you Alex. Excellent customer service!

We needed to replace a halogen bulb for our Dacor oven and were quoted $121 by two locations of Reliable Parts. When asked, both service people said that the price was for the bulb only! We were also told that we needed a special bulb with tempered glass. (Note - all halogen bulbs of this design have tempered glass). I called an appliance service company to see if they had a bulb and they said that the quote was likely for the whole assembly. We now have a $6 bulb from Canadian Tire that's working perfectly. Either way - the service people at Reliable Parts were uninformed about their parts and what is required. BUYER BEWARE.
