I took the cleanse with Maureen and learned so many things about health and nutrition. The support was amazing and the weekly calls with the other members created a sense of friendship and that we were all on this journey together. After five pounds of menopause weight gain followed by five pounds of covid19 weight gain I was very unhappy with myself. Nothing I tried was working.
