I went in to get info on a trip.spoke with a woman. I made a comment I don't have my passport yet should take 7 ,10 working days to get. She then said no it doesnt it takes four to six weeks. I said not if you take it to London.She most rudely said well your the expert. I asked why would you speak to me like that? No answer got up walked out!! Asked around Ingersoll many others told me similar stories even new what the women looked like.DONT GO THERE!! .She laughed as I walked out. Worst ever. Booked with Robert Q Woodstock. Great company go there . Don't give your hard earned money to this company!!!!

A huge thank you to Andrea M from Carlson Wagonlit in Ingersoll for helping plan an amazing holiday for my daughter and myself! Andrea was familiar with the resorts that we were looking at, giving us insights and recommendations along the way. She was right on top of the pricing and told us when was a good time to secure our booking for a great price.She made recommendations regarding rooms while always keeping our budget in mind. I would certainly use Andrea M and Carlson Wagonlit again when booking my next holiday and recommend her as your Travel Agent! She will ensure you have a Bon Voyage!!

Erin helped my daughter and I pick out the best cruise that would give us all the ports we wanted to visit. There was an issue when our flight was canceled last minute, helped to ensure I was reimbursed for the cancelation. We will use her again for the next vacation

I would like to thank the women in Ingersoll for always being helpful, courteous and going out of their way to accommodate all of my requests no matter how big or small. I certainly cannot relate to this gentleman that posted his experience, I think he got the name wrong of the establishment he was in! Even though I now live in the great white north, I would never go anywhere else for my travel needs.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. If you want to be treated poorly, ignored and then blamed for an internal issue, left on your own to figure out your travel plans, use this company. Otherwise, call someone else. Andrea M. was the best thing in that office.
