Do not look any further, Kaitlin Everett with Elle Loren & Co. was outstanding! I truly do not think our wedding could've happened without her help. She went above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure our wedding went smoothly. We had a wedding ceremony on Friday, and large 230+ person reception at a private residence on Saturday, so the logistics of the weekend were complicated, and numerous! I was able to really enjoy everything and soak it in because I trusted her so much and knew she could handle anything. We had some hiccups with a late vendor and major timeline shifts, but Kaitlin was able to smooth everything over and extend our night so we could enjoy at least some dancing! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a planner or coordinator. We just had Kaitlin as a 2 day coordinator and if there was one big thing I would change it would be to have her with us longer as a planner. It will change your entire experience and it is SO worth it. She was as essential as the band to our party! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Update: Our wedding was almost a month ago and our guests are still raving about how great our wedding was. This was all thanks to Elle Loren & Co!Kerri and her team were FABULOUS - we are so grateful we had them on our team for our big day. From start to finish, they were on the sidelines every step of the way making sure the day went off without a hitch. They were always within an arms reach for anything we needed yet they were so stealth during the entire day.Having a wedding during a pandemic, there is a lot to worry about but she made sure our day was perfect - we didn't have a care in the world because she was there to ensure everyone had a great time. We are forever grateful - Thank you so much for making our wedding everything we could have imagined!I am so happy we found Kerri and Lyndee! We hired Elle Loren & Co (Blush Events, at the time) about a year ago with an April wedding date. Well, COVID hit and they quickly came to the rescue!We ended up being very lucky and only had to find a new officiant during the re-planning process but let me tell you, we didn’t have to lift a finger! Kerri and Lyndee took the reigns from the start and made our new wedding date possible. From the postponement announcement, to contacting & coordinating with all vendors, to our new invitations, this process was easy and seamless. My husband and I had the absolute BEST experience with Kerri and her team! We planned my entire wedding over the phone and didn’t meet in person until my walk-through, but even through the phone she has such a warm personality I felt like I had known her for years! Very professional, organized and had great recommendations for us. Multiple times on our wedding day I was thinking about grabbing a drink or flat shoes or whatever it may be and she was always one step ahead of me waiting with what I needed. Kerri made wedding planning a great experience! So happy to have her be part of making our day perfect!!!

At the start of our wedding planning process, we were really on the fence about if we actually needed a planner. Lol — We totally needed a planner. Kaitlin saved our booties SO many times. She is kind yet firm, efficient yet thorough. We encountered some Grade-A jerk vendors during our planning process, and Kaitlin handled every situation with a level head and was able to solve each problem.Our venue did not have running water, a kitchen, or electricity. Kaitlin’s ability to think through every situation was the primary factor in the success of our event.Thanks Kaitlin!!!!! It was the best day of our lives!!!!

Kerri and her amazing team were absolutely vital to the success of my wedding! During the planning process I had to move out of state for personal reasons and I was so stressed because all of my deposits had been paid and I was worried I would be unable to oversee important details. Thank goodness I had Kerri to help me, she coordinated with all of my vendors, my venue, the rental companies, and hotel block coordinators on my behalf. She gave me recommendations for the most professional vendor team I could imagine and they all worked together like a well oiled machine. She came through for me when I had a crisis with my hotel block and I was faced with the possibility of paying attrition due to a misunderstanding with hotel management. Without Kerri's support and her connections, I'm sure I would have been faced with unfair penalties. Instead she went above and beyond to fix the problem on my behalf and no penalties were incurred. Not only did her industry know-how and professionalism save my budget, but she has the most wonderful eye for design. She helped us figure out what was truly important to us even though we weren't quite sure ourselves when the whole process started. By providing stylish options and hinting at certain suggestions, she was able to divine our unique style and we ended up with the most romantic perfect ambiance and setting for our wedding. I could go on and on but I'll simply say, if you are starting to plan your wedding do yourself a favor and set up a consultation with Kerri, she will not let you down! Thank you Kerri and Danyel for your amazing dedication to every bride and groom you work with, because of you I had the most perfect wedding day.

Kerri and her team at Elle Loren were amazing to work with! I can't imagine having my two day wedding event without her. She recommended and had great relationships with all of the best vendors in town. She understood my vision and helped us stay within our budget. She was able to keep the normal wedding stress VERY LOW :) I cannot recommend her and her team enough!!!

Kaitlin is a rock star of a wedding planner! We planned our wedding from out of state, and we truly could not have done it without Kaitlin's insight, expertise, and advocacy. Kaitlin is thorough and communicative, not only with us but with each and every vendor AND important member of the wedding team. She began working in depth with us about 2 months prior to the big day, but she was in regular contact with us before then and was able to alleviate all our planning stress. She was incredibly flexible with our schedules and made planning and meeting remotely a total breeze. On the big day, she, Zoe, and the rest of their team truly did make every last dream come true. We would recommend Elle Loren to ANYONE-- near, far, or in between!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, you should definitely go with Elle Loren & Co. Kaitlin E. was an absolutely amazing wedding planner and we can’t speak highly enough of her! We live out-of-state and both have very busy jobs, so we were not able to be the most involved couple throughout the wedding planning process. Kaitlin always worked around our schedules and ensured that our wedding day was everything we wanted and more. She looped us in when we were needed and handled the other details perfectly (including coordinating with our many other vendors), significantly lightening the load of the wedding planning process. She was extremely communicative and responsive. She was great about sending reminders throughout the process to make sure we were staying on top of things. She was calm under pressure and helped navigate wedding day hiccups while allowing us to have the most stress-free day possible. Our transportation company let us know on the day of the wedding that we were down a bus due to issues finding a driver – Kaitlin and her team worked behind the scenes to make sure our guests made it there. It started raining just a few minutes before our ceremony and Kaitlin flawlessly executed our rain plan – she also reassured us that the rain would clear up for a perfect evening and it did :) I’m sure there was so much more going on behind the scenes than we weren’t even aware of, and we can’t thank her enough for that! The team at Elle Loren & Co. went above and beyond every step of the way and our wedding absolutely would not have happened without them. Kerri is an amazing wedding planner! We hired Kerri to be our Month-of Coordinator, and from the very beginning, we could tell she was organized and easy to work with. She had great vendor recos: Flowers, Hair, Catering, Make Up and more. Since I wasn't a local bride, I really needed help. On the way down from Brooklyn to Charlottesville, she met us and took all of our decorations, guestbook, champagne flutes (basically an entire car of stuff). On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry ABOUT A THING. Our wedding was perfect and magical. We can't thank Kerri enough for all her hard work. She's the best. Never plan a wedding without a Kerri:)

I can’t say enough great things about Kerri and her team at Elle Loren and Co. I got engaged in June 2021 and shortly after in August, my husband and I booked a wedding date of March 13, 2022. With only 7 months left to plan our wedding my husband and I both agreed that with our busy schedules we had to get a wedding planner. Elle Loren and Co was recommended to us, and after one phone call with Kerri we were sold. From start to finish, Kerri demonstrated her determination to fulfill my dream wedding idea to the best of her ability. She promptly addressed any concerns that I had, and did so with full transparency, so that we were in no way mislead. If an issue emerged, she tackled it with a positive attitude and ALWAYS had a backup plan. Kerri is extremely professional, fun, has great communication, and goes above and beyond for her clients with a very personalized touch. Any wedding is stressful on the couple to plan, but she was always at my beck and call to take weight off me and make the process as smooth as possible. She is an exceptional wedding planner to work with, and she became a friend of my husband and I’s in the process. I will forever cherish the relationship we developed with Kerri throughout the planning process and am so grateful we chose her. I HIGHLY recommend Kerri and her team to say the very least.
