Great items to shop, prices are very good compare to Value Village, location wise, it is like 45 mins away from Toronto, will definitely go in and see what they have when I am in the area.

Oh my word. I saw kids going through toys bags along with me looking for cards. I found a bag with A Pez character with candy, a Paw Patrol character and a block and ready...sharp set of open darts. $7.99 SeriouslyAs I see kids reaching for bags I decided i should give to employee. I said this is very dangerous. Her reply was well people should check it before they purchase.Seriously glad no one was injured!

Very clean. Not as crowded. For donated items still high priced. Examine items before purchasing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the organization and cleanness of this location. I was able to find nice clothing pieces, almost new, at very good prices (better than their competitor). There is no used-clothing odor in the store and you can navigate in the racks easily.There is plenty of parking and customer service is superb!

Absolutely lovely shopping experience here. Great deals and good quality items. As usual, sorted by colour and size, with a large selection of both men's and women's clothing. I found the house wares and knick-knack selection was lacking compared to places like Value Village, but what was there was beautiful glassware, vases, and baskets. Change rooms are closed, but what I found was absolutely beautiful and the right size!

So I came to this location and found a pair of boots I LOVED but sadly they had no tag and goodwill has a policy where they can’t sell items that aren’t priced. So I left the store with a broken heart but an employee named Emma (who works in accessories) told me to call the next day and ask about them. I did exactly that and when I called they hadn’t been done yet so was told to call back again later. I called back again and Emma told me she hadn’t seen them yet so to call around 6:30. I called at 6:30 and the woman on the phone got Emma for me who told me she had priced the boots and told me EXACTLY where to find them. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Emma for remembering me and helping me fulfill this silly desire to own those boots. She deserves a raise!!!! And the woman on the phone was lovely too and got excited for me when I came in and bought the boots! Awesome experience! Thank you Emma!!!!

I’ll start this by saying I use to work here and I loved it, the staff AT THE TIME were lovely, and the lay out use to make sense. But now as a shopper I’m miserable. They got rid of plus size all together making it feel WAY less inclusive. The biggest annoyance of late, Christmas in July. The second I walked in I was so miserable but the person I was with was looking for something particular so we couldn’t just leave, me and a few other costumers even spoke about how it did the exact opposite of what I assume they thought it would achieve. I’m giving a two stars because there are staff there that still do a great job and it’s still a thrift store that I appreciate and like I said I worked there so it’s almost a second home for me but at the end of the day the changes that have been made show growing pains. Kudos for bringing back a better shoe system though very happy it’s no longer only on top of the clothing, do that for wares again, shoppers hate it and so do staff.All together better organization would be the best thing.

always friendly staff, nice and clean store very well organized and prices are great although I did notice the price on the clothing thas gone up .as long as it doesn't get too crazy with prices like value village, then I'll keep shopping there.

Used to love coming here for good finds and great prices. Was in shock today at the disgusting prices. 29.99 for dirty used sketchers and sandals. No thanks. Used off brand nylon bag was 17$! Horrible.

STAY AWAY! My experience at this establishment was extremely unpleasant. I discovered a pair of tea cups made in England, with one of them priced at just 1 dollar. When I brought it to the counter, the lady working there began to argue with me about the price. Despite explaining that I found it at that marked price, she insisted on charging me a different amount. It seemed as if she wanted to keep the cups for herself and not sell them to me. I felt deeply disgusted and disappointed by the way I was treated. I strongly advise against shopping at this place.
