Amazing collection of scarves and accessories. The customer service is great. The lady wearing the scarf working on the floor is great and she always helps me match my scarves with my outfits. Appreciate the customer service.

I really liked to visit the store before today. They sell great stuff in nominal price, but today when I went the store along with my mom the customer service person “Shabnam”, her behavior was very arrogant and unprofessional towards us. Although another lady was telling the price and helping us and we were just looking the stuff and asking the price from her but don’t know why Shabnam who denied to tell her respective designation upon asking was yelling from the other corner of the store don’t open that although she was clearly seeing that we’re looking from outside and asking the other lady about price and info. Upon confronting her instead of being shameful on her behavior she said I can’t do anything if you’re having a bad day; I said to her very clearly you should have some customer service ethics of interacting for example, rather yelling from the other side you can come to us and ask excuse me if you need any help or I can show on display something. Also she was clearly seeing that I kept bunch of scarfves on counter to buy but instead of being sorry or change her behaviour her tone was extremely rude and high due to which I didn’t buy anything and told her very clearly that I’ll write the review at least the store manager would know your behaviour and your pathetic customer service.I won’t recommend the store because they don’t have set rules and trained staff due to this incident.

There were signs all over the store saying additional 20% off black Friday sale. Asked the employee she said yes its on top of sale price. Went to cash out and girl says no, that deal is over. False advertising and lying employees. The girl infront of me went and took down the signs before i could take a photo. I would not recommend such a place.

I stopped by the store to pick up some hijabs. Lilly was very welcoming and enthusiastic. She gave me her input on the colours thats suit me best. Madiha was also very kind and efficient. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Great customer service I was,looking to find a bridesmaids shawl for my wedding party, lily was si patient with me although I'm very picky. We found the best match at a great price. I fully recommend this store. Thank you lily

They have all types of scarves in all colours. A perfect place for finding a matching scarf for any outfit. Love going here to buy my gifts for any occasion. They also have excellent prices .
