EXPRESS MEDICAL CARE

I almost didn't go here because of the previous bad reviews, but I am so glad I did!Both ladies at the front were so pleasant, polite and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The wait was not long either. The clinic is clean and Dr. Ketawala is amazing! He is so nice, caring, listens to concerns and asks lots of questions to get more info. He took the time to get to know me and run through my bloodwork results

Great front desk and extremely simple and gentle experience. I felt comfortable and well assisted.

In and out quickly, this morning. Kind and responsive reception, good doctor and a quick fill on my medications at the attached pharmacy.The clinic was clean, furnished well, and very efficient.Would highly recommend this walk-in clinic.

Worst doctor ive ever met, didnt let me speak, I almost passed out from coughing yesterday and have been sick for 10 days now and he ignored that fact, didnt ask for any symptoms, told me to snort water and drink water, then kicked me out, receptionist was very nice tho.

I did not see Receptionists in my entire life like here. I always book the appointment via mobile phone. They always forgot to book the appointments in their system. Today, I booked the appointment at 10:30. Still I am waiting here without any reason. Thanks for wasting the time for other patient.

I have terrible chest pains and now coughing up dark green phlegm. They test for strep only, told me it came back negative so there's nothing they can do... so possible chest infection or bronchitis isn't a factor?? I can barely speak or swallow without my chest aching.

Thank you to the staff here. I appreciated the help. If compared to other clinics in the neighbourhood, this one has a significantly shorter waiting period.

The doctor was rude and dismissive when I told him my symptoms he insisted that it was just seasonal allergies" then proceeded to get condescending when I told him if it was allergies the antihistamines and nasal spray I was already using would be making a difference and it was clearly something else. When I talked to a friend who had been to this clinic she said the doctor also dismissed her son's completely non-allergy related symptoms as just allergies. Inspite of how nice the receptionists and pharmacists were I would not come back to this doctor and I would also encourage anyone who's symptoms were dismissed by this man as just allergies to seek a second opinion."
