Our grandparents house flooded when we saw the snow melt, and we were able to call and schedule the cleanup easily and effectively from the other side of the province. Service was absolutely fantastic! Would certainly recommend them to anyone in the future. Hope to see them at the next AGM!

I had a $20,000.00 water damage done by a leaky fridge. The service master team, each and everyone of them did an amazing job. They were friendly, courteous and super professional. You could tell that each one cared about the customer and went out of their way to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Service Master.

I recently had water going from my attic into my house through the ceiling damaging the drywall, two doorway's trim, and water leaking onto hardwood. I contacted my insurance agent and within 15 minutes I was contacted and they arrived the next morning to inspect. The crew showed up an hour later and removed the attic insulation and installed blowers to dry out the drywall, the hardwood and the doorway trim, as well as a dehumidifier to remove all of the moisture in the air.Ryan and his crew of Service Master Restore of Niagara were very prompt, arrived when they said they would be there, they were courteous, very neat, and completed the work quickly and very efficiently. This happened after a major storm on Lake Erie over Christmas where there was extensive damage through the Fort Erie area and through it all, they were able to mitigate the situation before the damage became extensive. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any restoration services that is required. If I ever have another incident that requires attention, I will call them directly and bypass my insurance agent!!

My family had a house fire on January 13, 2022. Service Master was there every steps of the way from the original clean out of our house to a complete interior rebuild. We were able to move back home on February 7, 2023. Ryan, Jason, and the whole team that worked on our house are fantastic!! I am so thankful for all of their hard work. We love our new home!

A major storm over Christmas left us with 2 feet of water in our basement, no power and no water. We were in dire need of emergency restoration services.
