I have used Nibia movers twice from Calgary to Vancouver and then back and I cannot say enough positive comments about them. They are professional, care for your items and ensure they get from one place to the next in the same condition as they were when they left. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Nibia to anyone I know. Thank you so much for allowing me to have a care free move when usually it is very stressful! It is nice to know there are companies out there who truly care for their clients :) Andrey and Marina, you are the best!

Nibia Movers were quick and efficient from the get-go. They always responded to emails promptly and professionally. In addition, they made the move extremely stress-free. They picked-up and delivered to the new address on time. I would highly recommend them to everyone :)

I simply cannot fathom how this company has 4 and 5 star reviews, it must be from the owner’s relatives and friends, or simply some people he bribed. We used Nibia Movers to move 12 kilometers from a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to a slightly larger house. We did not even have that much furniture or boxes for them to move. Yet, they still managed to cause an insurmountable amount of damage to our house and furniture. A lot of time was wasted on the phone and emailing them and even just trying to communicate with them. We had Andrey, his wife Marina and a random schoolboy “help us out”. They scratched our floors while shuffling our refrigerator, made dings in walls. We found these problems and called Andrey several times. After several calls and emails the company Andrey finally responded and said that he would come and take a look. He never gave us a specific date and never delivered on his promise. And a week ago, we used two of our beds (a king and queen size) for the first time after we moved in. While on the king bed, we heard unusual creaking and cracking sounds and the mattress itself was placed at a skewed angle. Me and my wife had to move the big heavy mattress by ourselves to determine what damages these people caused. Evidently, they put our bed together completely wrong, slats were unsupported, they drilled nails into the wooden sideboards that weren’t supposed to be there (doesn’t it make it obvious that they were doing something wrong?! They did not care.) etc. My wife exerted our best efforts in order to fix the issues they caused to our bed, which will partly remedy the problem, but eventually we will have to buy a new bed frame and slats ourselves. They also didn’t assemble the queen bed properly, which caused it to constantly crack and become uneven. That’s also money out of our pockets for the new queen bed. These people have made lose our precious time, money and nerve cells. I will not be recommending Nibia Movers to anyone.

I used Nibia Movers to move from Richmond BC to Calgary. They made my move so easy and headache free. They were very careful with my stuff. Anything that would break or scratch, they wrapped with blankets. Pick up was on March 29th, received my stuff April 2nd in Calgary. They were very friendly and professional.Ive done alot of research on moving companies and I recommend you use Nibia, they are the best out there.

BEWARE OF NIBIA MOVERSNever have I ever been so outraged to post a review like this, but I want to warn all the people who are think about hiring this company. I also want to note that my closest family member has passed away recently, and this is the last thing that I want to deal with. Thus, it is of vital importance for everyone to know what a horrible company this is. On August 29th, they moved my father’s house and my family was very disgruntled. Andrey has gave a wrong cost estimation, which was simply infuriating. I had to pay almost $1500 more than the quote. The movers were very lackadaisical about their work and caused damages to many of our items. As the day passed, they became even more careless and lazy, wanting to go home more than providing care for my belongings. Another big problem was them “losing” our jewelry and a television screen.My father had a dresser with drawers and he was told that they would simply shrink wrap it, without taking them out. So my father packed all of his jewelry and put it in the top right drawer. When the movers moved this dresser into the new house, my dad has unwrapped the dresser, checked the drawer and the jewelry went missing. The television that went on top of the dresser was gone too. My father was deeply upset. Fortunately, it wasn’t particularly expensive, but it was my grandma’s which would be passed to my daughter, a family heirloom. All of it is completely gone, over $5000 worth. We looked for it in our property and in the boxes. We didn’t find them anywhere. This is why I posted this review over a month later, to completely ensure it’s not in our house. We called Nibia about this and Andrey denied it full-heartedly in his rude, patronizing tone. We are going to have to file a police report about this incident.Needless to say, they also left dings and various scratch marks all over our walls, ceilings, arm railings and floors. The whole thing was a sham, a tragedy, and a very unpleasant experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Consider this as a warning and if you are considering using these amateurs, I highly recommend NOT doing it.

We found Nibia Movers after doing a bit of research online, and were not disappointed. We had to move across town and it was our first time using professional movers. They gave detailed information about best packing practices ahead of time to ensure the move could get going right away on arrival and that our stuff was protected. Their team was timely on the day (even available early!) and were great to deal with. We'll recommend them to any of our friends who move in the future.

Our experience with Nibia was fantastic. Andre was so easy to deal, very professional, honest, and just a super nice guy. They were also priced quite reasonably. He used a local crew to load up our house in Saskatchewan and his crew in Calgary to unload. He was on site himself to ensure everything was packed and loaded appropriately. He was super flexible in terms of our pick up and delivery dates, which we really appreciated. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Used Nibia movers for a move from Calgary to Toronto in May 2023. Everything arrived safely. Good pricing.Andre was very helpful in quickly responding to changes in our schedule. Would recommend them for your next move.

Nibia were absolutely amazing to work with and we cannot recommend them enough. Communication from the get go was excellent, Marina always answered super quickly and was very helpful. Andre and his team arrived right on time to our Calgary place and were super efficient at getting everything wrapped and packed and took amazing care of our things. We were driving out to BC at the same time as him and unfortunately the highway closed as we were going through golden; he was amazing and kept us in the loop about the closure, and even texted us letting us know about conditions up ahead once we got going again! He is a great guy and was just such a legend! He and josh arrived to our Kelowna place on time and had everything unloaded and in the right rooms in just a couple of hours! There were no hidden fees, the invoice was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received and the service was second to none. Overall we had an amazing experience and can’t recommend them enough!
