Trenton Family Dental

Our visit to Trenton Family Dental Office with our almost “3 years old” daughter was very peaceful. Unfortunately, she did not have a very comfortable experience in the past in a different office so we decided to visit Trenton Family Dental Office as recommendation from a friend and this time my Daughter had such a pleasant experience, the approach of the Dental Assistant Rachel was very important as She was very calm and friendly She was able to do some cleaning and I notice that our daughter could connect and collaborate with her smoothly and of course the Dentist advice was very helpful and it help us to take a better informed decision without feeling any kind of pressures.Last but not least, Thank you for the receptionists both ladies were very respectful, understanding and supporting.We are looking forward to see you in our next appointment.

I went in very anxious about getting an extraction. I was reassured by the caring dental assistant and dentist that all would be fine. The dentist had a plan and the tooth came out without a hitch. The reception staff were also great through the month long process!

The dentists are always professional. I really like the service they provide. The staff are very friendly

Dr. Kaustubh Gandhalikar is an excellent dentist! He is very understanding and listens to you ,if, you have a problem.He also worries if you are having any pain . He wants you to be as comfortable as possible.

Great dental team here! I'm one of those people that can't help feeling nervous in the dentist. Everyone here is friendly and professional and they really know how to make sure you are ok and feel relaxed. Thank you!

Went in with all the three kids today, one for her first cleaning. The ladies were very friendly and made all the kiddos feel safe and they all had fun. They love getting to pick something out of the treasure chest after their check up.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY THE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL RACIST RECEPTIONIST HERE TODAY. AFTER BEING LOOKED AT (mind you I asked if my Indian status card was ok they said YES) I come back to the desk after my exam and the receptionist says to me “WE DONT DO TAXES HERE” in an extremely rude and sarcastic manner. Excuse me!?! I’ve NEVER been discriminated against before in my life. She continued to argue with me over my insurance while another lady comes into the office and she suddenly changes her unprofessional attitude and greets the new patient all kind and welcoming then continues to be racist towards me talking about taxes which has NOTHING to do with my insurance card! This particular person was extremely racist towards me as she mocked ME when I got upset. Another receptionist then apologizes for her coworkers behaviour which makes me more upset because she shouldn’t have spoken to me like that in the first place! The women with reddish hair and glasses should have apologized to me personally for her racist behaviour. Absolutely DISGUSTED! Your receptionist should be FIRED. This office has been reported for discrimination and racism. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
