Very happy with our experience at Otto Subaru. We bought the Outback Limited XT with Allez as our sales representative. I was shocked to see how seamless and stress free the whole experience was. Communicating was always open regarding questions and due date of the vehicle. John K. was also very helpful regarding extended warranty and maintenance of the vehicle as well as offering a fair price for our 12 year old Venza, Toyota.On our pick up day, we were explained about the blue tooth and technical features etc Also payment options and papers to sign all went smoothly . As well an extra classy touch was being given a large bowl with a bottle of wine, chocolates and other itemsDefinitely the best automobile purchase for us.

Recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek Outdoor 2023 from Allez at Otto Subaru. This was unlike my prior experiences at car dealerships. The process was seamless, honest, hassle free and never did I feel like I was being pitched to or forced into upgrading. Allez empowered me to make my own decision with his guidance and expertise. The delivery process was well detailed and clear from the jump. Allez was kind, thorough and always so genuine in our interactions. He gave me great advice throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond in so many areas of my car buying journey experience.

I just purchased a new 2023 Outback that just landed on the lot. Lucky me with no wait time. Allez was my sales person and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have worked in this industry for over a decade. Once in a while you come across a true professional who's only goal is to care for his clients. Patrick Landriault is the personification of professionalism. We asked quite a bit from him, from implementing changes to trim/colour and unfortunately had to go as far as canceling one of two vehicles ordered. Patrick only shared the positive side of our decisions, ensuring we were doing what was best for us. He kept us informed with numerous updates during our long wait. When the vehicle finally arrived, he went as far as coming in to work briefly to organize the quickest possible delivery date.You can't ask for more from a salesperson; a true concierge in his craft.Thank you to the entire Otto's team for an awesome experience. Today I picked up my second Subaru from Ottos. I have been very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. They have a great team who ensures that every step of the process is taken care of. Everything from finding a suitable time for pickup, to answering all my questions and showing me the ins and outs of the car, to a fabulous gift basket to take home. I lease from Quebec and they even take care of plating my car in Quebec for me. Their customer service at ever step of the process is amazing. Would 100 percent recommend!

Sales, parts and service staff are lovely. I have always been treated very fairly and with a personal touch over the past 6 years of using the dealership. Their service department is professional and reliable, but availability is limited - especially during busy seasons. I don't have my tires done here for this reason; you will need to book months in advance and/or wait weeks or even months for a service appointment if you need one during the tire change season. Their prices are also slightly higher than other dealerships on service packages. Store is in a prime location and they are always busy - so slightly higher prices are hardly surprising.

Otto's Subaru provided an excellent car purchasing experience for my family. Sami was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He kept our best interests in mind and explained everything that we needed to know. John in financing was also great! He laid out the best options for us and made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 - great work guys!
