Update after the owner response (15th June 2021, 1:37 pm):Stay away from this place unless you wanna lose your money, nerves and good manners. I bought there a brand new Samsung A51 this January which turned off after one month of using. After that the screen remained black but I heard sounds so the phone was working . I was called the display had physically damaged and that this wasn't covered with warranty. The staff couldn't prove and showed that issue to me. Despite that I agreed with the fix for around 200 CAD and waited for next call when all will be fixed. Unfortunately, I have received no more calls since then. I also asked them to change charging ports on my another two spared phones. After those phones were meant to be repaired, one stopped charging after two days and the second one seemed to be never repaired because it wasn't charging at all! I came to the store yesterday after 5 months because I had more free time and was passing by. I changed my mind and didn't want to pay for display replacement. Yes, I bought a new spared phone because I needed it. But the main reason why I changed my mind not to pay for display replacement was because I had no guarantee that if the phone brakes again it will be covered with warranty. When I asked what was the problem with the physically damaged display, the answer was that the staff is so tired. In 5:30 pm. I didn't want free service. I demanded a fair and honest service which I didn't get at all! In my opinion physically broken display could have been a bad one from the scratch or the phone wasn't a brand new at all. I can only guess. I decided not to pay and told them to keep A51. So, my total balance with them in this case was -522 CAD!!! Earlier in 2020, they fixed my Asus Zenfone and despite it took months, everything was working fine. Still, I strongly recommend to go somewhere else!!! This place turned into a scam. If only I could give this store 0/5 or even less.

Great quick service. I went in there with my phone screen peeling off due to a dodgy repair from another company and these guys said they'll fix it in 30 mins for me and it was low cost. Definitely will use them again!

My ZTE Axon 7 is almost 2.5 years old and the battery kinda gave up the ghost. I called up Ming Wireless and got a very reasonable quote for $60 to replace the battery, including parts and labour, with an estimate of 30 minutes required for the swap. I called up today, confirmed they were available, and walked on over. The swap, true to their word, took 30 minutes. As a matter of fact, the entire transaction only took 30 minutes, according to the time stamps on my receipts - check-in at 6:27 PM, payment at 6:57 PM.They offer a 90 day warranty on repairs, but make sure to keep your orange ticket receipt and your payment receipt. Physical or liquid damage will invalidate this warranty.I asked to keep the old battery, to use in another project, and they even put it in a bubble bag for me!I should have asked them to wipe down the screen for fingerprints, but in fairness I didn't, so that's kind of on me.On the whole, I'm very happy with the experience, and looking forward to at least another year or two of use of this phone. In fact, I'm using it to write this review! Thanks Ming Wireless!

My iPad’s screen was damaged due to water damage. Went to Apple Store, they don’t fix water damage, so I found this place and glad that they save my ipad.

I like it here. I had broken my iPhone last year and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg getting it repaired, so I searched on google for a good place and came across Ming Wireless. The price for fixing a screen here is great- $70 for an iPhone 6, which is probably one of the cheapest I've encountered in the city. Also, the service is exceptionally fast and has never taken more than an hour (I've gotten my phone fixed three times here). I WILL say that the quality of the glass they use doesn't seem to be the best, but for $70, I wouldn't expect it to be, so I'm still satisfied with it. If you're prone to breaking your screen like I am, this is a great, cheap option to have it fixed on the regular. If you're someone who doesn't break their phone often, then take this cheap option and take comfort knowing that you likely won't break the glass they use. Five stars!

Efficient and affordable, what more can you ask forHad my extremely cracked up iPhone 7 fixed here for about $70. Only took 20 minutes to get it done when I walked in on a Friday evening. The gentleman also gave me a tempered glass protector for my phone for free.

I am giving my experience with this place ZERO stars. I broke my phone recently and came here to fix my phone. He was quick and efficient.. so I thought it was a good thing. He didn't even ask for the pass code to my phone, which leaves me to think he did not make sure it was in perfect working condition before returning the phone to me. Not long after getting my phone fixed, I noticed that it started cracking out of no where. LITERALLY, woke up and grabbed my phone to see that it was cracked. As the day progressed, my phone started to crack even more and eventually the screen turned off. I went back to Ming Wireless to address this issue and he told me that it is physical damage and that it is the user". I confirmed that I did not drop it and asked if maybe too much pressured was applied while fixing it. He responded that "it is the user" and that "it happens". I asked him how does this happen when I did NOT drop it whatsoever and he responded with "I don't know.. it could be a lot of things. Maybe air pressure". For as long as I had the phone

I brought in an Apple iPhone 6S that was not powering up as I dropped last night. I went to Ming Wireless this morning at 8:45am, they opened ! The owner was very nice and said he could fix it right away, giving me $10 student discount. After 30 mins, I got my phone back with a perfect working condition, amazing job! Fast and reliable ! With 90 DAYS warranty ! I could not believe and he saved me !Their price may not be the lowest, but it certainly is not the highest. I would recommend this store without any hesitation.I will come if any cell phone related issues for sure !
