If you’re looking for a top tier stylist than look no further than Joseph! Everytime he does my hair I get compliments where ever I go. Based on his expert colouring and cut, I’ve had 8 friends come and get their colour done. He’s the best and I always have such a fun time with him. As someone who’s tried multiple salons in Toronto, he is by far the best.

I have been a couple of times and I really liked it, after 6 years in the city I finally found a good spot! Shout out to Georgina, which I found to be a great hairdresser

The staff is very friendly but my haircut is terrible. I realized it once I got home and straightened my hair. It was supposed to be an easy cut and it turned out to be a terrible one. Now I have to wait for it to grow a bit and than go and fix it somewhere else. So sorry for this review but I am really disappointed.

REVIEW UPDATE Below.Although my stylist was truly lovely, I have taken this down to a 2 star instead of 5 for lack of customer service.The booking system is awful that the salon uses. I rescheduled my appointment through the text confirm / reschedule and received a confirmation that the new date and time was booked.I went for my appointment and was told that I had missed my appointment. No one called me to check in with me, or even notify me.I am not someone who just doesn’t show up, it’s rude and disrespectful.I showed my proof of the text showing I rescheduled to the reception.No effort was made by management to apologize for their mistake, contact me or anything! Mistakes happen, it is how you respond that sets you apart.Even though this location is great for me and I adored the stylist, I won’t be back because it’s clear to me that my business isn’t valued.

The salon is very clean and bright! Joseph was so welcoming and attentive to what I asked for and he gave a great head massage. I told him I was getting my engagement photos done later that night and he made sure to blow dry my hair and give it some great body and flow! Will definitely be returning!

Nothing but amazing service heverytime I come to L Studio. Cynthia has been my hairdresser for about 4 years now.The salon is so nice and bright, all the staff are super welcoming and kind. I look forward to my next hair apt with Cynthia in the New Year!

Nothing but amazing experiences at this salon! I frequently get a wash and blowdry by Cynthia and have never felt better. She’s also done my highlights in the past and I can honestly say her customer service and skill is exceptional. Such a great and positive environment.

The place has a cool down to earth vibe. Everyone is friendly and authentic. Lissa understood my curly hair and create an amazing style! Her vision when I come to curly hair goes above and beyond. I can thank her enough for made me love my hair Again. It was a totally curly rescue

I've got thick, curly hair, and have been to soooo many different salons & even curl-specialists to get just decent, natural cuts - but I don't think anybody has nailed it like Lisa.She gets the unique way big thick curls behave, and gave my hair an overall shape that's better and more defined than I've ever seen it! It looks amazing and I can style it myself so easily :> Would recommend her for any other curly people!
