A day before my order was to be picked up, Jignesh called me and said that the part would now cost more than he originally quoted for the part. I refused to pay extra as we had already agreed on the price, he then canceled the order without any discussion. It felt a lot like extortion because he knew how important it was that we pick the part up on time. Never experienced anything like this before. Very shady business practises.
