Ever heard that three heads are better than one? Kara, Saffron, and Chris work as a team to benefit their clients best. Their team atmosphere puts them miles ahead of the competition. Not enough? Well they also partner with Mortgage brokers and a Legal Team (not just any Lawyer, Matt Dober, Business and Real Estate Law Group) to assist along the way. Chris and Kara were extremely helpful every step of the way with our home purchase. As we were relocating from out of province, Venture Realty did a great job of keeping us up to date on new listings and once we made an offer they took care of all the paperwork and scheduling of home inspections etc. Having bought and sold many houses this was by far the most streamlined and stress free experience I have had yet.I would highly recommend Venture Realty to anyone looking to purchase in the Okanagan Valley.
