We are really pleased with the work done and with the RPM employees we dealt with. Kathryne and Fatima for sales and Blake, Jordan and Liam who did the attic insulation. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and on time. We recommend this company.

In convincing us to go ahead with this, Alec was very friendly, professional, and transparent in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. For the actual work, we got great service from Logan and Griffin who were polite and efficient. They prepped everything so us to minimize any disruptions. They expertly built up the walls around the hatch area, and extended the baffles to improve air flow. Once the work was done, they cleaned everything and then they showed us pictures of their work. I highly recommend RPM.

Professional and honest!Very refreshing to find a reputable company, especially with all the scams out there these days.I just had my attic insulation checked and was happy to hear the good news. There was a sufficient amount of insulation and it should be good for a few years.When the time comes to get the insulation done, I will be calling RPM.If they come knocking on the door, don’t second guess their services. You can’t lose with their free inspection and estimate.

Good news deserves to be shared. I had been thinking of getting my attic insulation looked at for a few years and just never made the effort to get it done. So I was very pleased when a RPM Home Services representative came to the door. He was knowledgeable and took time to discuss their process and that they could do a free consultation in a few days. Alec arrived on time for the consultation and provided a thorough explanation of the product, process, R ratings for homes etc... I decided to proceed and again my appointment was booked for the work to be done within in a few days. Jordan and Blake showed up early yesterday and were also very professional and great to deal with. They provided before and after pictures, had drop sheets all along the floor to keep it clean, and then cleaned/vacuumed after they were done. I am very pleased about the experience and have a peace of mind about my home's insulation now. I am looking forward to having a warmer home in winter and cooler in summer, and hopefully some monthly bill savings as well. Thank you.

Griffin and Logan did a great job topping the attic insulation. They came on time, did the job quickly and quietly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. They answered all my questions and were very polite and friendly.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with RPM from the moment they knocked on my door to offer their services, to accommodating my request to get an energy audit to qualify for the Enercare rebate, and finally their price was better than other quotes I got.

What a fantastic experience with RPM! John and Zac passed by my place to tell me about their service about attic inspections. They were down to earth guys and explained everything. I booked an inspection. A few days later, Chaima came by and did a thorough inspection of the attic. She was fantastic!! She explained everything!! Bottom line, all is good with the insulation in the attic. No need to put more etc. Just great to deal with for sure. When the time comes to put more insulation down the road and inspection, I know who I will be calling. RPM!!!!!! Thank you team for your diligence, honesty and super service!!

RPM@Home services increased the insulation in our attic. Excellent representatives from Kris who was our original contact, to Alec who inspected and explained the procedure with no pressure. Finally, Blake and Jordan who completed the job. There was a small booking snafu which was resolved quickly and these guys found time to fit us in, very professional, cleaned up after job was complete, Blake provided pictures immediately as promised. I barely noticed they were in my house and in my attic while working from home. Pleasant experience. Thank you

Great experience overall. Kris was going through the neighborhood a few weeks ago and stopped by. He went over the services RPM offered and we agreed to meet with their technician for an estimate. Chaima and Kris completed the estimate and scheduled an appointment with the insulation installers after their visit. There was some delays on the day of the installation, but the whole team kept us up to date as to when they would arrive which we found comforting. When Blake and Jordan arrived, they were quick to get to work and were professional and courteous. They were able to finish the job without issue and I was able to see their work once completed.Overall, I am very happy to have worked with RPM for my attic insulation needs and would recommend anyone to get in touch with them if they need that type of service.

Great experience! We had mold in our attic and upon inspection found out we needed insulation which was the cause. They were able to deal with both issues. Fast, efficient service. Easy company and staff to work with. Jamie and Damon were polite, easy to talk to and addressed any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them.
