The washrooms and the pool is dated. It seemed there was an excessive amount of chlorine in the kids (warm) pool.

Staff are amazing friendly & super helpful. Always very clean inside the change rooms as well as pool and everywhere else. Lifeguards are very good at watching as well as reaching the littles we love public swims as well as the teacher's/ lifeguards we have had for lessons so far have all been amazing with the little def recommend

It's nice, clean, and has a lifeguard the problem is the door between the kid's pool and the adults' pool because it is open, and it is hard to keep away the kid going to the other area, the rest is OK!

Generally a great place to swim. But last time we went the swim was titled as public swim. When we arrived it there were lanes placed in the large pool area while about 40 people were stuffed in the warm pool. This is not indicated online that its warm pool only nor is it appropriate to book both of those at the same time. Both lane swimmers and families dont want to have to deal with this ajd im sure the life guards dont enjoy it either.

Just want to mention if anyone is low income, you can get swim tickets up to $150 per season. I believe. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are vending machines in the lobby, and you can use your phone to pay with an app. I'll take a pic of those next time.

We took our 2 year old to the toddler pool and to our surprise it was a perfect size for babies and parents! The best part was the water temperature, it was just perfect and they had so many floaties, toys and life vests for babies and children including these very cool floaty boards that toddlers can actually sit in. My husband and I are considering buying one for our child! The only reason for 1 less star is that the water wasn't as clean as one would expect especially given the large amounts of chlorine in the water, there was still some dirt that was visible on the sides near the water jets.

Good pool for someone who is trying to learn swimming, but too crowded during weekends. Better to try Waterloo memorial recreational complex to avoid crowds in a small pool.

Forest Heights Pool
This pool has been part of many family memories throughout the years. We've seen the renovations and improvements to their facilities, and it is only getting better.I've provided feedback about their staff and it was heard. Service, staff and facilities are in continuous improvement.It's the only centre in the area offering adapted aquatics all year long. Just awesome seeing them work with their hearts.Thanks for everything you do!!
