We were thankful this pharmacy (store) was open. It’s kind of like a Duane Read in NYC where you can buy stuff on the first floor and the pharmacy is on the second. Every other store closes around 5pm. My daughter spiked a fever while we were visiting and we ran short of Tylenol. We were relieved the pharmacist helped us out and gave us Tylenol at 11pm on a Sunday. Thank you!

Rudest most ignorant and incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with.The pharmacy is CONSTANTLY messing up my medications and heaven forbid you ask the staff for any assistance whatsoever! If you’re lucky enough to be looked at, it’s usually met with a shake of the head or a grumbling sound.I’ve tried to give this location many chances because I know how hard dealing with customers can be at times! But I just can’t anymore. There’s another pharmaprix blocks away that is much better in my opinion.

This place is open 24hrs. They don’t seem to answer the phones if you call late but they are always perfectly stocked. If you need something on the island of Montréal after 10PM, GO HERE!

I recently visited the perfume section of your store with my girlfriend, as we both have an interest in perfumes. However, we were disheartened by the initial reception we received. It seemed as though we were immediately viewed with suspicion, as if we were potential shoplifters. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.Throughout our time in the perfume section, a particular staff member, an elderly lady, approached us multiple times, inquiring if we needed assistance.Despite politely declining her help on each occasion, she persisted in asking. To our surprise, when we had finally decided to make a purchase and had the items in our hands, the same staff member approached us again and asked if we intended to buy something. When we reiterated our polite decline, she abruptly stated that she wanted us to leave the store. This encounter left us deeplydisappointed and appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect shown to us as customers. We believe that it is essential for a business to treat its customers with dignity and fairness.Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression of your store.

Good location, canada post on the second floor. At night they allow 3 people in the store at a time. Self checkout is fast. Has small grocery section.

Been coming here for over 5 years.The pharmacy is now TERRIBLE.No one knows what they are doing. Everytime I come to pick up a refill from online. Its never done!!I am always left waiting.... they have messed up multiple prescriptions. Awful service. Too bad

Female receptionist working at the pharmacy at 9pm on Jun28th, 2023 was disrespectful and mean towards customers.I came back at this pharmacy for reimbursement, and she was unwilling to help or read the instructions on the RAMQ website. When I asked if other pharmacists could help, she denied and said that they were new. As someone who just had a major jaw surgery and had plastic splint in my mouth, I couldn't pronounce clearly, and this woman made me repeat myself multiple times and pretended to not understand what I'm saying. I only got my reimbursement back after I insisted, and the pharmacist claimed it was my fault to pay full amount because my RAMQ was not activated, which was incorrect.This woman's callousness and disrespectful manner was disappointing. Reimbursement was such a simple act, but she made it so hard on someone who is in a disadvantaged stage of her life. If ever the manager came across this comment, I hope he/she will have a conversation with this woman, because first and foremost, all healthcare workers are supposed to show empathy and support for the patients.

I liked this pharmacy until today. I called to see if they carried a certain cosmetic product. The person went to check if they had some in stock and she cut the line. Then I attempted 4 times to get her back on the line but the line kept ringing. I called the 5th time and chose customer service. This time, the pharmacist assured me someone would take my call at cosmetics. The lady that answered was not the same person. She went and checked. They didn't have my specific model but I was interested in the other model she suggested. She went to check the colours. As I waited, the first lady who hung up on me took the line and asked me what I wanted?? I asked her why I am no longer being taken care by the other person. She answered that she was busy. I asked if she was the same person who hung up on me earlier and without apology, she rudely answered that's not what I'm asking, so what do you want.Wow, manners are underrated. All she had to do was apologize and say we got disconnected by mistake. Instead, she made things worst. I hung up. Not buying my cosmetics there.

Is Open 24hr, is clean and well stocked with desirable on sale items(many other stores will quickly run out of Sale items or will only put out a few items or will even refuse to honor flyer prices the store on the corner of St. Laurent and Mont Royal does this)! Is one of the Best Places to go on Sale Days!! Meaning the Weekend which is the Best time to go if you want to Save $$! Also has Polite, Helpful and Friendly Staff!!
