Country Cats Only Hotel

We usually leave our cats with a friend when we go away, but unfortunately they were unavailable to watch them. So we had to board them, which was terrifying. I drive by Country Cats Only all the time and did some research and decided to give it a try.Our one cat is always fine with change. As soon as we brought them into the room, Meeko was out of his crate exploring. Welly (the orange one) was miserable. Wouldn't come out of his crate and just stared through the holes at us looking angry. I was really worried about how he would adjust. I asked for an update on our boys and Irina sent us some pictures and an update. Welly looked so relaxed and happy! When I went to pick them up, I'm pretty sure Meeko didn't want to leave! My favourite part is that they have a 2 door entrance into the building. The cat room door opens into the office and then another door opens to outside. This is great because Welly is an escape artist. It's so great to have a place we can leave our kitties knowing they'll be taken care of and happy!

Our little Anya has stayed at Country Cats on 2 occasions now and we are so, so grateful for this beautiful facility. Irina is a highly experienced, wonderful caregiver and we feel so safe knowing that Anya is in exceptionally kind and loving hands. We have no worries whenever we need to board Anya. The facility is welcoming, clean with bright beautful windows for the cats to enjoy peaceful country views. We brought our 3 cats here for a 10 day stay while we went on vacation. Two of our cats need medication and only one cat was straight forward. Irina made it very easy for us to leave them in her care. She made her own notes about who needs what and when...even down to all the different types of food each needed and how she would help our 17yr old cat by giving her a step stool to get down and placing them in the extra large kitty suite closer to the floor for her. She had kitty beds and blankets ready for them when we arrived. She always responded to my many emails and texts while we were away and sent me pictures when requested. We will definitely use her again when we need to in the future!

I have left my cat here twice and will continue to use Country Cats. The accommodations are spacious and clean. Each cat condo has a window and a few shelves for them to climb. Always feel at easy leaving my cat here knowing he is well cared for!

Love the Country Cats Hotel. Paws down the best place in town!I have taken my fur babies here a couple of times and I always felt they were in good hands. We most recently were away for 9 days which was a long time for us and our cats. My one cat is very shy and the other is outgoing. Irina clearly cares about what she is doing and it showed in how she took care of them while we were away.It always hard to find people or places you can trust to help take good care of your pets. The Country Cats Hotel is a place you can trust for those times when you need them the most. Its purrfect! (Sorry. Couldn’t resist) MOL! (Meow Out Loud)

My cats give the country cat hotel 5 paws up! Irina was very friendly and obviously comfortable with cats. My two cats stayed for a full week (one playful kitten, one nervous & sassy elder). The space was very clean and bright. Each room had its own window and multiple levels. She even provided beds based on each cats’ specific preferences. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and space. We will stay again. :)

I just recently was away for 11 days, my first time being away from my kitty and I was very nervous. I adopted her just a few months ago from the SPCA and was not sure how she was going to do changing environments again, as she had a hard time adjusting coming home the first time. I was immediately comforted when noticing the lady’s confidence once I arrived with my cat who was in a terrible mood from the drive. After the first day, Minnie had adjusted and became her sweet self once again. I would even say her social skills have improved since then, being around cats all day in the hotel. I would recommend this place 100 times over!

We just boarded our cats here over the holidays and were so happy with both the facilities and the owner. The suites were clean, spacious, and included a window and shelves for the cats to explore. The owner was very kind and took the time to learn our cat's personalities. One of our cats didn't even want to leave! Would highly recommend.

I've boarded my cats here twice now, and have been impressed with the clean facility, and Irina's obvious care toward my cats. The condos are spacious, clean, well-lit, and the cats seem to like having the ability to move around, as opposed to being in a cage. Irina was very attentive to my cats, and notified me immediately when she thought one of them had an eye infection. She is also very gentle with them, as she coaxed both my cats into their carriers without the battle royale I sometimes have!

Recently I was moving and I needed someone to look after my cat for an extended amount of time (potentially a month and a half). I looked at a lot of different places, spoke with some friends, but never really felt comfortable about any of the options. My cat is like a family member, and I really wanted to make sure he was happy, as previous house moves have really disrupted him and caused him to remain unhappy and almost depressed for an extended amount of time. I decided to speak with Irena at the Country Cat Hotel and I really liked the concept of the Country Cat Hotel So, I decided to have him stay there.... And honestly, I cannot say enough good things about both the facility and the staff. You can tell they're cat lovers. The place is immaculate, the prices are reasonable, especially considering the level of care the cats receive. Every week I would come to bring the cat fresh food as he is on a special diet, and Irena is so on the ball with everything, always letting me know how he is doing and how he is adjusting. When it came time for me to pick the cat up, he literally didn't want to leave, he kept running back to Irena and jumping at her leg, which really made me so happy because it showed me just how happy he was staying here and how well they treated him. Now he is home and he is in his new house and he has NEVER adjusted so well to a new house of space... Within a few hours, he just settled in, far better than any house move in the past. I cannot say enough good things about the Country Cat Hotel, it's a wonderful place run by people who really love cats and who go above and beyond to ensure every single cat is well taken care of. If you need to board your cat, this is the place to go, believe me it's totally worth it, I will be using them every time I go away for business or need to be away for any other reason from now on!
