A horrible office with no customer service skills. I had a shipment that needed authorization to set up. I spoke to all parties and received authorization, but there Windsor office could not seem to get a hold of the appropriate party. Their customer service office is in Toronto and they are in Windsor... I was not aware of the big time difference, but apparently they cannot get to each other by phone or email in the space between?? 4 1/12 hours later, the receiver with the authorization called into to speak with them directly as they could not call them or receive an email. Just an overall let down in the freight world, they should be fined for holding the driver up with the strict hours of service that are in place on drivers. DO not use Delmar if your shipment has any urgency whatsoever! So many other qualified brokers to help you!

The customs associate was so nice! She was incredibly helpful and so friendly!
