PLEASE BE AWARE!!I brought my iPhone in for screen replacement and not only did they install an aftermarket screen instead of the proper type, a few days after getting my phone back I received a notification from Google thanking me for writing a review. A review that I never wrote, meaning when they had my phone they went into my Google account and wrote their own review!!!Upon bringing my phone back to complain that the screen was malfunctioning and ask about the review scenario the 1 gentleman told me the review must of have been his partner and he would speak to him about it... So I guess that makes everything ok that you or your partner hacked into my account and posted a fake review?!?!? He also said that they don't use authentic apple products to repair phones and would try again with another aftermarket screen free of charge. I was already out 200 some odd dollars so I allowed him to try again. After getting my phone back its the exact same where the screen doesn't work properly. I wish I had the time to go back over and over again but I don't and that's how these guys make their money. I brought my phone to Mobile Klinik in Ancaster and they literally fixed my phone in minutes using the proper authentic parts. He showed me the different markings and explained Cell Care Plus can but 20 or more screens for the price he buys 5 and that's why my phone now works and didn't work after the service at Cell Care.Cell Care Plus - I suggest changing your business ethics and be grateful I didn't have the time to continually come there nevermind the fact you posted a fake review by hacking into my account while my phone was there for repair.

As a father of two teen boys; I’ve been to many cell phone repair places in Burlington. I went here based on a friends referral and the company has been the best value; best service as well as best price on diagnostic. One IPhone he fixed very reasonably ( run over by a car in the snow ) the other was deemed not worth it to fix. He seemed very genuine in desire to help.The store isn’t all new and “apple like” that some other phone repairs store are; but you also aren’t paying for that overhead.

Went in for an issue with my charging port and asking for a recommendation on a wireless compatible android case. The case I bought gets too hot too work and they never contacted me back about the port, I left 2 messages and still nothing.They quoted 75 for the port and 95 for the backing glass. I was quoted by tech emporium 95 for the port and 55 for the backing, also a 2 hour repair time.I will never use this company again, if you want customers, you do need to actually deliver on the promises you make.

I previously wrote a review on a phone case that broke very recently after purchase. I was recovering from surgery, unable to drive . Upon posting a review, the owner told me to bring the receipt in. When I was able to drive, I returned. The owner was not here. I came back again, once again, the employee said the owner was not available, and he couldn't help. I showed him the receipt and explained the senerio. He told me he couldn't help and questioned the date on the receipt. Again, I explained that I was not able to drive. He told me I should've called, which I believe I did when it first happened. To me, a business that stands behind their store and products retains customers. I did what the owner told me to do. To bring the receipt in. To me, this shows this cell care" store doesn't need loyal/repeat customers."

Fixed my galaxy s20 screen with originally Samsung part with newer battery at a cheaper than others price very impressed with the end result.I would recommend them to anyone needing any electronics repaired.

Bought a phone case aprox 2 months ago. It broke. I took it back, asked if they had other cases. He said they're all the same". Poor quality and customer service."

Had an issue woth a Samsung watch and called them and within 30 minutes had it fixed for way less than I expected. In the past used their services for cell phone battery replacement. Always fast and efficient

A kind man was working and I went in was about to go to work but I couldn’t go without my phone and he fixed my phone in 20 minutes! He was so quick and efficient with his work. Definitely will be coming again if I have another issue with my phone, I’m so thankful.
