I have never had a negative experience here; always positive!These folks will talk to you about your purchase and even help you find the best deal of the day ect.I also like how the Mississauga location is semi-discrete, and the facility is secure with private rooms to deal in.Lastly, I find that it’s worth my one hour drive, past many other dealers:)

I originally visited this location last week and I wasn't happy with the discrepancy in prices that they advertised vs what they offered in store so I didn't end up coming to an agreement on pricing for 4 oz of gold, gold was at about 1796 and I do admit I gave them a hard time as I tend to negotiate aggressively but the store owner or manager Raza serviced me incredibly well . I visited them today as gold dropped to 1750ish and went to purchase 4 oz of gold, I was serviced well by Raza again however no discount for buying the 4 oz was given. I went back and purchased a 5th oz and a discount was still not given. Overall, they have the best prices that I've seen around so personally it kind of justifies not having a discount.. they serviced me very professionally and I look forward to purchasing more from this location and I will let my metal collector friends know about this location as well.

I have been shopping here for 3 years on and off. Always professional and courteous. Prices are the best in town for silver 80% of the time and I have rarely found better unless another dealer is having some kind of special. Recently when there was a mistake made by an employee regarding internet pricing they honoured their word and substituted some coins that were at a higher premium. I would definately recommend them.

2nd time to the shop, and unfortunately it confirmed my original decision to not complete my sale.The issues are that (who I think is) the owner/man runs the business like a pawn shop.Both times he asked what I was looking for in price. Both times he disappeared leaving me with no line of sight of my items, which is a custody issue. And both times, he came across as arrogant.Worst of all, he tried to round down the amount by $8 (or 4% of value).I am not saying that he is crooked. But his trustworthiness is low.I ended up going to another gold buyer who was much better. He acted like a professional: he told me in advance how much the gold price is, weighed it infront of me, did the carat test in front of me, ran it thru a computer and paid me exactly what the amount was.And a simple Google search will help you find some of the other options in the area.Good luck buyers and sellers.
