The location and features were great. The only item I can negatively comment on is that there's deferred maintenance in the room and parts of the exterior of the building. The exterior has the paint leafing off or curling up, and the rooms decor is dated with a drawer missing on the desk and trim missing on one of the end tables. It needs some updating.

Stayed here while taking a little holiday with my partner. The front desk clerk was welcoming and promptly got us registered. Our room was a little dated - but you could see by the construction workers around that they are definitely renovating rooms. Pool temp was perfect and it was nice to lay outside by the pool that overlooks the park. We aren’t much for “spa treatments” and didn’t receive any so I won’t comment on those. Had a quick breakfast in their restaurant and had a fantastic waiter, he frequently checked on us to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. Great stay and can’t wait to come back.

First visit & will never return. Room outdoor view blocked with Temple Gardens sign , aluminum blinds did not block out blinking lights across the street that the sign did not block in one corner, carpet had several stains, furniture worn & dated, no available plug ins for smart phone except an extension bar under a table, room console fan/heat/cool had to be thumped to stop rattle when it came on, no available space in bathroom for toiletries, and a price tag of $240 for one night once booking fees added! Thankfully the bed was clean & comfortable. The mineral pool that we so wanted to relax in after a long road trip was great but the play screams of several young people echoed throughout the large room. The showers prior to entering the pool were questionable. Have never left such a negative review for a hotel but the Temple Gardens needs numerous updates if they are charging a high end rate for low quality overnight stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel was delightful. The hotel delivers on all fronts, attentive service and amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-appointed and spacious bedroom, jacuzzi in the bathroom, concrete flooring, so it made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable especially with having toddlers.Another standout feature of this hotel is the hot mineral pool at the spa. It was the perfect retreat after a long week of hard work to unwind and relax in its warm embrace.Overall, the Temple Gardens Hotel and Spa is a top-notch hotel for a 3-star type that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, spacious and comfortable stay.

We chose Temple Gardens over the Hotel Saskatchewan because the bridal suite had a fireplace and large jacuzzi. We reserved the bridal suite almost a year in advance and we phoned to confirm our reservation three weeks before the date. When we checked in we were given a very small jacuzzi room, so we went back to the desk to tell them they had made an error. I showed them my original confirmation email, which said we had reserved the bridal suite. We were told that a computer error had occurred and the bridal suite was already taken. They gave us a larger room and vouchers for breakfast and supper the next day. We were shocked to see the new room. It had not been renovated in years and was not at all comparable to the bridal suite. The hotel gave us the room for $130 instead of $279, but I still feel we paid too much due to the fact it was a room in need of repair. They also had our voucher for supper extended until the end of the month. Unfortunately, no matter what they did to try to correct their error, they cannot give us back our special night. My son and daughter in law had such a wonderful experience at the Hotel Saskatchewan’s bridal suite, that I wish I had not booked with temple gardens.

The rooms are awful! !!!! !!!!!! I’m sorry I don’t usually give reviews and I hate complaining!!!! But …. We come to Moose Jaw once a year on my birthday to enjoy the spa , every time we’ve come the rooms were not that bad but this time ! Omg - no just no - for having such a wonderful spa ! Upgrade your Rooms !!! We definitely won’t be back on my next birthday sadly need to find a spa that has better accommodations. Yuck.

The pool is nice and relaxing, we had two rooms and you could tell they are trying to update some of them. Overall the rooms kinda suck, no sound proofing the hotel is a maze and the elevators are painfully slow, it's easier to use the stairs. I found it kid friendly overall though. The place could use some updating.

We reserved our rooms on line and wanted to be closer to our friends. So we asked to be moved. Our friends had a luxury room and they put us in the dumpy room beside. The toilet was child size. Our view was the wall next door. Couldn't operate the blinds, the window would not open. The TV didn't work until we got two different maintenance fellas up to the room. The lovely maintenance guy tried to move us. But the room they had left was worse. I complained the next morning to the obstinate old geezer who smelled of cigarette smoke, who was moody and rude. A very poor front end person. He should be placed in the back somewhere preferably a basement with the other rocks. We were given no consideration in feeling or financial. Beware. Ask for a newly renovated room. The old rooms are from the 50s. There are no appropriate way to describe this hotel other than dumpy.

I love going here but many of the lockers are rusty and the locks are broken and don't work. The showers are great, the steam room is great.I wished there were more jets throughout the pool and no chlorine as that is bad for your immune system. It would be great if the minerals were increased. An extra hair/makeup mirror would be great too and extra shelves for shoes and boots in the change rooms are needed. Its always a great relaxing experience.

It's was okay. Rooms were clean and staff was nice but the food was meh and there are no black out curtains in room. I was up with the sun unfortunately. Next time I'll bring a mask. Also no thermostats in room, just a heater/ac unit with dial - room was too hot for me even with ac as cold as possible.Pool was nice and location is awesome. Lots of great little restaurants and pubs around.
