Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I have been going to this specific Mucho Burrito for YEARS. The old management wasn’t stingy or cheap. Which was why I was a daily customer. However, recently I’ve noticed the portions definitely not up to standards.I know multiple individuals who own other Mucho Burritos in the area that yell at their employees when they “put too much” and watch them through their cameras. Truthfully, I believe it’s the same case with this new owner.It’s safe to say I’ll never be returning to this Mucho Burrito, and I know multiple others facing this issue won’t either. As the portions get smaller so will their customer base.After noticing the employees only putting half scoops of everything, I had to continuously ask them to put more. The following is the bowl I was given after repeatedly asking for more. You can imagine what they’d hand me if I didn’t have to beg them to give me what I was paying for.Why own a business if you’re going to be a cheapskate? Certain people don’t know how to run a business, and the the new owner definitely falls under this category. Looking all the negative reviews in under a couple of months it’s safe to say this Mucho is soon to be out of business.

I have been going to this mucho burrito for years now. I have had the most horrible experience with these people. I went to get a burrito and as I was going to pay in cash the lady asked me if I had more change or if I could pay credit or debit. I replied with no since I only had cash with me. She proceeded to pay my remaining total with change which was $7. She paid the $7 in 5 cents. Not even toonies, loonies or quarters. Nickels!! Might as well have had paid me in Pennie’s. Not only did she pay me in nickels. She made me count them because for some reason she couldn’t count them. Not only has this happened to me once. This has happened to me multiple times where they don’t have any cash or coins. I don’t know what shady business they do but what kind of business doesn’t carry enough change to pay back customers. I am furious with the service provided to me. I am definitely not returning back to this location. Also, I have to give this some rating but it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, it deserves 0 stars. Google is also ridiculous for making me pick 1 star. Never go to this location.

Terrible service. I was ordering a burrito bowl and the guy gave me an egg size portion of meat because the container was basically empty. I expected him to go to the back kitchen and grab more to fill my bowl but he didn’t. So I said “are you kidding me?! That’s not enough meat” and he responded with “that’s our portion sizes, you will have to pay for extra meat” so I reluctantly paid for more. I watched the customer after me order something similar and the container was now refilled and that person got an adequate portion of meat. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Won’t go there ever again.

I've been coming to this mucho burrito for a couple years for lunch tome to time and I feel like everytime I come in I feel like I get less and pay more compared to other Mexican restaurants like Chipotle, especially with the Guacamole, the spoon they use is sizable to a ice cream spoon and your paying the same price as you would at Chipotle here, also the cheese, its barley a sprinkle and when you ask for abit more cause you feel like there wasn't enough added they will add a extra $1... the quality of meat is alright but paying almost $20 for a bowl there are better Mexican restaurants for a better price. I won't be coming back anymore. Seeing the ice-cream scooper for the Guacamole was the last straw for me and not for me.

I had a regular sized chicken burrito and it was amazing, the service was great. the restaurant was nice and clean, And the food was insane! (the burrito sauce is a must)

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Ordered here for the first time through Uber Eats for lunch. It was my first time trying Mucho Burrito. Surprisingly, it was one of the best tasting burritos that I ever had. I had the jalapeno pork burrito with chips on the side. The chips was a nice side piece. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered a burrito through skip last night, and I took few bites and noticed that they didn’t give me any chorizo that I ordered. I even ordered extra chorizo and nothing! Save your money and don’t go this location!!

A few minutes ago my burrito bowl was dropped off by Skip. I am so shocked to see that the bowl which is almost $17 is only half full. Less fillings than a small burrito. This place has become so cheap and stingy with the servings. Back in the day they were good but now i will NEVER order from them again. Called to complain and the employee was so rude and hung up the phone on me. Save your hard earned money and get food somewhere else where they give you good portion size. What a let down!! Photo attached! NEVER ordering from this place ever again. The customer service is worse than the portion size.Whoever owns this place should really take these reviews seriously.

Food is good but the lady working there around 1-2pm (March 20, 2023) was rude and was very emotionless. I asked for a side option, was charged and never received it. Everyone has bad days but you shouldn’t take it out on your customers.
