Exceptional service! From Alexandra to the watch makers including the supervisor, the service is EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend, I have never seen such professionalism! Thank you some much for taking care of my watch. I was not excepting such a service. I’m glad to own a watch of that group

In a pickle because I broke the crown off of my Quattro valve automatic movement 7450 ETA Tissot... And since Swatch Groupowns them along with lodging and Omega and Hamilton and a total of 16 different watch companies, including some of the top three most expensive fancy brands and controls the parts, therein lies the Crux of the matter. Watchmakers and watch repair people can't get parts any longer cuz only authorized specific Swatch group members and their designated and in house trained watchmakers are able to repair the watches. The upside is they have parts for up to 40 years of all the watches that they have in their roster. And we have local Montreal watchmakers within the Swatch group repair house. when does only those top 3 brands and the other one does all the rest and you can see them in the repair Depot beside the Swatch Co. At the corner of do LaMontagne and Saint Catherine Street West, just on the side with the white frame around their doorway, showing repairs. And the full service that they have you take along with the parts you're having, is quite the affair. They're replacing my watches stem and Crown and which is One piece by the way which much to my surprise, and various parts inside of the watch as well as taking it all apart and I believe there is over a hundred and ten parts inside and they're going to clean them smooth them out lubricate them replace some of the parts assembly it all back the new crown and stem clean up the watch and even fix the sticking 4 pin butterfly clasp release and with tax it'll be about $405 Canadian for November or December of 2019. That's called a full-service. David the watch is scratched up quite a bit makes me thinking it's got the softer metal much like a Rolex and not the standard 316 El very hard stainless steel. If I wanted to, they couldremove most of the scratches found over the watch and it's a big square kanki massive heavy watch head so there's lots of room to scratch it, but then they would have to send it to apparently their place in Toronto and it would be another $140 plus tax. Good backpacks are 1.14 975 of the original price. I'm leaving the watch.it was a full retail value watch at around $3,000 that I had picked up about 14 years ago for about $1,100 or so.Costco where I got it from here in Montreal, warrantied it only for one year. But after the Swatch group repair centre here in Montreal does their magic, it'll actually have ironically, a two-year full international warranty. How's that for scrambled eggs!? so on the one hand I'm kind of Hoodwinked into doing a full service if I want to watch repaired but on the other hand is going to be not only brought up to par but perhaps made even better than when I got it. there are pros and cons to the entire experience depending on what you were looking for or wanted to spend as in a originally just wanted to buy that the stem and head replacement but I can't get it from anywhere except the Swatch groupand they require that I do a full service in order to give me this part and put it in. Kind of like going to the Mercedes dealer when you put in your muffler and brakes from somewhere else and you leave it for repair and when you come back your bill is really quite large because they changed every part that wasn't official Mercedes. So thank goodness this isn't the surprise thousands of dollars.Quite the professional place.to get the best and most informed and straight talk answers, deal only with the manager not any other employee at this location. You'll do much better that way.

Really pleased with this service center. I ordered an extra link for one of my bracelets which I couldn't find anywhere else. They received the part within a few days and installed it free of charge. Highly recommend.

Who don’t love swatch, beautiful collection beautiful decorations beautiful store beautiful service, and when you buy one you will have a life time battery replacement.I bought 2 watches it’s like I wanna buy them all, the employees are so nice and they help you as much help you need , very busy place I love it because you can see kids teens adult I even saw a senior all love swatch is a place for all ages like mama used to say the age is in the brain not in the body , lol , love you swatch

Amazing customer service, although my Tissot watch was still within warranty I managed to lose it whilst bouncing between countries and yet there were still able to work something out for me. I was also able to pay once they received the parts and repaired my watch rather than leave my credit, as they don't take debit, card details on file with payment taken at some point in the future. I highly recommend them as well as their colleagues in the Swatch store next door who took me to the right office as they are right next door and I walked into the wrong one.

Great service! They honoured the international warranty on my Tissot watch bought abroad and did a wonderful job, very professional. I'd trust them with my watch any day.
