I had Greg come to my home and give me a garage build quote in the fall of 2021 for a build beginning in the spring of 2022. He was able to work with me to get me within my budget. I had an old existing garage to be removed as part of the quote. I was really impressed with the entire process of demolition, pouring of new concrete and the construction of the new heated garage. The work site was always left clean and orderly at the end of the day. Great bunch of tradesmen working for ASAP. Mitch, Dillon had answers to any questions I might have had or would find out for me. Knowledgeable guys and good workmanship. I would recommend Greg and his guys any day.

We chose this garage builder from online reviews, not having heard of them previously, and we were extremely impressed. Greg took time to explain every part of the process with us and different issues that might affect our own property, from removing a tree, demolition, and licensing, through the completion of the project. When he gave us a price estimate, and we worked out which extras we wanted (insulation, drywall, etc), the final garage came in under budget and completed in advance of when he said it would be. Two other contractors we had doing other work on our house specifically commented to me on how well done each step of the job was: how the cement was properly sloped to drain water, how solid the framing was, etc. To me it looks like our garage is larger, more solid, and better built than all the newer ones in this neighbourhood. Highly recommend this company.

Communication with Greg is professional, clear and transparent right from the start to finish. Very responsive to messages (even after job completion) and provides sound advice when required. Workmanship is top-notch (even the city inspector commented on the work well-done and had nothing to fault). Work area was always cleared with no mess around. Materials used for the garage is of good quality and was clearly shared and stated on paper. We are happy we decided on ASAP Garage after thoroughly researching Google reviews and obtaining quotes from multiple builders. Greg took the stress off our shoulders, is pleasant to deal with and solved problems quickly. Will definitely refer ASAP Garage Builders with no second thoughts.

Possibly the best experience I've ever had hiring out work. ASAP Garage Builders are true to their name. Our garage was built exceptionally well and quite fast. The estimate was accurate and no hidden or additional fees. When it comes to customer service I've never had a better experience. Greg was our contact and he was an exceptional person to deal with. He was extremely accommodating in regards to scheduling and was easy to talk to and get a hold of. ASAP provided the best service at the best price. Couldn't be happier with the choice made to go with ASAP.
