Very bad sent me a form with it filled out with someone's personal information

Horrible horrible experience...we should've known to walk away from this Mortgage broker when friends of ours that were also dealing with him at the same time did just that....we were led on for months...was told a few times that we were preapproved BUT just had to get one more document done .and then it was another and then another... and returning calls and emails was ATROCIOUS...on the answering machine it said email us itll be quicker ...we'll get back to you in 24 hrs...Well it would be days and days...no response... we were told one thing and thought it was strange so we would confer with another expert and was told differently....we started months ago and was suppose to start building our home in May....here is the end of May and we lost out with our contractor for building.... we have no home...we are totally and utterly disgusted and will not recommend this broker and if asked for any recommendations we will warn people to stay away from this one!!!
