My son and I have both been getting our hair done at mezzanine for years. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Jami always does an amazing job on my hair and Angie is amazing and so patient with my son.

Disappointing for a $42 (plus tip) men's haircut. My stylist cut my hair unevenly, with two superfluous and misplaced ridges, a rather idiosyncratic texturizing job, and she didn't know how to do a skin (bald) fade. The manager was polite and apologized on the phone, so I came in for a correction the next day. My verdict: Overpriced and not too fussy about competence.PS I would've much rather have posted a positive review.

Ashley, THANK YOU! I have never had my hair colored before and met with Ashley for a quick consult. Today I spent the morning with her as she worked away on my drab hair. I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror after as I was just so shocked at how I looked! I love it so much! I am beside myself happy. Thanks again Ashley, you are a wonderful gal with amazing hair skills!

Lindsey is amazing, and I would most defiantly recommend her (if you are able to book with her, which I wasn’t so was given a recommendation of someone else in the salon), but not everyone there takes the time to care for their clients. Before pictures of what was said to be a professional balayage job, and a job that the owner stands behind, done by a stylist here. Unfortunately how I was treated I opted to get it fixed elsewhere. Someone from a different salon graciously offered a fix for me after (after photo) hearing my story online. Unfortunate experience.

By far the best salon I’ve been to. Receptionist is friendly and accommodating and remembers my name every time I visit. Salon is lovely and we’ll maintained.Alyssa does a fantastic job on my balayage, colour and brow wax services. She listens to what you want and her work is fantastic.She’s a joy to see and is so friendly. We laugh so much during our appointments.

I have been coming to Mezzanine for years and now bring my daughter here. They are fabulous! So professional and kind. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and look my best. I love how accommodating they have been with my schedule and I find their prices fair. I am so happy they are in my neighbourhood and support our local community. Keep up the great work Mezzanine and if you are looking for a new hairdresser, check them out! You won’t regret it!

I always have such a great experience when I visit Meghan at mezzanine! She does such a great job with listening to my needs and wants. My hair has never been coloured and is naturally straight, Meghan does an excellent job at helping to add volume to my hair and gives me great suggestions for product to use at home!
