Cool vibe, welcoming instructors, awesome venues (Linden Garden, Naramata vineyard, paddle boards on Skaha Lake, charming studio) and a very pleasant sense of inclusion. Really enjoy the classes and the people.

The Monday night Gentle Yoga class is so calming, so refreshing while providing all of the all over body stretches and strengthening needed to keep the joints, muscles and organs in prime condition. Sanaz is a wonderfully soothing instructor whose extensive directions help us all achieve the right form and effects from her yoga class.

My favourite yoga studio in Penticton. It's been an amazing space for me over the past 5 years. There is such a wonderful community vibe and every instructor is so lovely. I appreciate that yogic principles are shared in these classes. It's always such a mindful experience!

How grateful I am that Starlit is offering virtual classes on the website. Having moved away from the Okanagan a couple years ago, I was disappointed to leave my favorite yoga studio. Now I can enjoy their classes again, maybe a little differently, but nonetheless less the quality is the same because of all the beautiful instructors. So thank you for that Starlit!
