Warm, friendly, professional, and patient. Needed a passport photo for our very unwilling 18 month old, and after unsuccessful attempts elsewhere, Ian was able to get the shot. Highly recommend.

After a passport photo disaster from another photo studio, I gave Ian a try. Called and the lady said no reservation is needed. In and out in 15 minutes with very satisfied passport photos that don't break the bank. Will recommend this shop to everyone.

Ian does the job quickly and professionally. No reservation needed for passport photos. It turned out to be such an easy job to have my 6-month old 's photo taken at Ian's. The studio is a bit difficult to find if it is the first time you visit thr plaza.

It was the best passport photo experience I have ever had. I walked in without an appointment just before noon and was welcomed and accommodated straight away. Mr. Kim was courteous, kind, humble, and professional. I did not feel awkward, rushed, and apologetic like I usually do with past passport photo processors . The whole session was quick, I was in and out of there within 15 minutes, which was a bonus as I brought my toddler with me. Will no longer need or use London Drugs, Shopper's, or any other photo lab's services in the future because of Ian Kim Photo Ltd.

Went May/2022 for Baby Passport photos (<2months old), came recommended by another larger photography business that couldn't do younger babies. Ian and his partner were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, and were able to get great passport photos for a baby who didn't want to keep their eyes open. He is able to do touchups/photoshop on-site, which is a must for baby passport photos!

Good photos, nice humble owners. Very kind with little kids and they get candies :-)They are very experienced and know all sizes needed at different embassies. Their photo touches were really good and nothing seemed artificial in the prints. I just took out one star for being way way expensive, but maybe it’s worth it rather than paying less and crapy prints? Regardless, I’m happy with the photos they took for my family, and I’d highly recommend them if you need Visa-passport photos done well. :-)

We originally went to London Drugs to get passport photos for our 6 week old baby however the photos did not turn out. London drugs recommended that we go to Ian Kim Photography. We are so glad that we did! The couple at the studio were so friendly and experienced. Our baby started to fuss so they suggested we feed her for a few minutes. We didn’t feel like they were trying to rush us out of the studio and genuinely wanted to make sure that we got an acceptable photo for her passport. We would highly recommend Ian Kim Photography for your photos. For the few extra dollars, it was well worth it!

They are friendly and professional. I took my baby and my passport photos there. A slight minor touch up makes the photos look so much better! Best passport photos I've ever taken, definitely recommend!

Ian Kim is the best photographer in Metro Vancouver! He takes his time with each family. We took all of our pictures at his studio, even our passport photos. He is really talented and skilled! He is great at taking baby pictures. We really recommend him!
