Dealt with Stephanie at this location and I will say that I received the most amazing service! They ensuredthat my Dyson vacuum repair did not cost excess and they simply charged for the repair to the unit which was required. I will definitely be recommending to anyone who has an older vacuum that still works as this store is amazing with their repairs of these unit. Dropped off a (too expensive, but great quality) 15 year old home vacuum here thinking it’s going to cost a lot of money to fix. Were able to get us a new cord as well as fix issues for a reasonable price! Al is super nice and his assistant helped me take the vacuum back to the car in pouring rain. Great service, great price, super friendly :)Edit: Second time I came in about a vacuum (a different one) the owner was quite rude to myself and my husband. We asked him a simple question and he responded with don't tell me how to do my job". No sir

Packed to the rim with all kinds of different vacuums, including new and refurbished ones. I got a great deal on a high end vacuum and all the accessories I needed. The sales lady was super nice and knowledgeable. I'm happy I went here instead of opting for a cheap Walmart vacuum.

I miss Al. Since his family has taken over, it’s an overall terrible experience. I purchased an $800 motor for my built-in & during my renovation had his son come out to move one of the hose outlets. At first, he said it can’t be done & then proceeded to do it. He managed to place it where it was needed the most. The vacuum worked twice & now isn’t even turning on. Then he cut a hole in garage ceiling & then told me that he really didn’t need to cut the hole. Now, I have an $800 cyclone motor that doesn’t work & an unsightly hole in the ceiling. Al always gave his best service. However, his family is another story. I will not go there ever again.

I was there yesterday looking for a new vacume belt. They don't carry the same one, but the lady staff gave me one that is similar for free. Very nice and helpful store.

Such stores are the few gems left in the market, which let you repair and reuse your product without spending a fortune and increasing the landfill.Thanks to the lovely (owners?) couple who helped repair my Dyson vacuum. Posting the review late but I went on a Saturday last month as the vacuum's dirt collecting container had fallen off the stairs and was not hooking to the vacuum stand anymore. I had little hope and was already checking my monthly budget to invest in another new vacuum cleaner.The gentleman at the store fixed it at a very nominal price getting a super happy and satisfied customer there. They also have lots of new and used parts of different brand vacuum cleaners, if needed for repair.If your vacuum cleaner is broken, this is your place friends to check out, before heading to buy a new one.

Fabulous store, staff and location. Another repair place gave us no hope for our old Kenmore but this store quickly bought our old trusted friend back to life. After using the modern stick vacuum's for a few months we are looking forward to having our baby back. Thank you. Al's Superstore is truly a superstore. Fast, friendly and professional.
