I just wanted to say how happy I am with such a quick response to a water heater not working, John worked through the problem solving in a day and the next the water heater was replaced in less then 2 hours. Amazing.

I trusted John Schutton by letting him manage my property in Brantford. He did not pay two of the monthly rents that he had collected from the tenants with the oldest one going back to about two years ago.Every time I asked him to remit what he owes me either he completely ignored my request or came up with ridiculous excuses. For quite sometime his favorite excuse was that he has not heard back from his accountant yet and his accountant being his own wife.A month ago I got really tired of his funny excuses and told him that he has one week to either pay up or face legal action. He came up with a brilliant" solution. He offered me to pay what he owed me since two years ago by paying me $96.05 each month over a period of 22 months. What made him think I am a money lender and that I lend money at 0% interest?I told him his offer is not accepted and that my one week notice stands.At that point he resigned as the property manager of my residential unit.Is this a business that is ready to let a client go because it can't pay a couple of thousands that it owes? Experience has taught me that when a business sacrifices its long term business interests for some pocket money
