I’ve had my braces for around 3 years and throughout the process everyone was very welcoming, and patient. They were by my side every step of the way and answered any questions that I had as well as provided me things that they believed would give me the best results. If you are looking for a place to get braces I recommend Davis orthodontics !

I’ve had my braces on for about a year and a half. Just got them off today and the whole process was amazing! The staff are always so kind and sweet. The results of my teeth are quite natural and look nice, it’s definitely gonna take some to time to get used to it. But overall amazing environment

Teeth shifting even after wearing retainers for a year. Some of the technicians and hygienists were professional and a couple are just hideous and need to be avoided. Unfortunately, you don't know until you get them. Dr. Leung is friendly but doesn't address root causes nor want to resolve the issue. She brushes off complaints and says it's fine based on what it looks and not how it feels for the patient. After reading the reviews (filter on low ratings), I feels so validated and vindicated!

Dr. Sherry really cares about her patients and is super attentive. It was a pleasure having her as a doctor during my whole Invisalign treatment. All the other staff are also very friendly and professional.

My whole family had their braces and invisalign experience here. I'm the first one done and it's been an amazing experience. Was about 1.5years to complete and Dr Leung and team have been professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Not just with mine but with the others in the family whose cases are less straight forward than mine. Reasonably priced and the team was very helpful with helping finding the best options that fit for us. Highly recommended

I am an adult patient that had to have a permanent retainer replaced yesterday.The replacement did not go well and it really bothered my mouth. My bite was off. Even though I told the hygienist, he said it was the best he could do, so I believed it would be ok - I would give it a try, go home and see how things went. When I got home, it just didn’t feel comfortable or right. The bottom teeth kept pushing up against the new retainer. I called the office today and explained the situation. They squeezed me in knowing that I was a little anxious and uncomfortable. The Orthodontist checked out the work that had been done yesterday and agreed that it needed to be changed. The retainer would be removed and replaced again.I was taken care of by Sunny. She was amazing. She did not have to do anything to adjust or file down the new retainer once she had completed the work. No additional filing! I told her she must’ve graduated at the top of her class and I know I embarrassed her. Thank you Sunny for making my day, and renewing my faith after something had gone wrong. As always DAVIS Orthodontist came through by making sure I was a fully satisfied patient.A shout out to the staff that manages incoming calls and request from patients to say: You are amazing, professional, and accommodating. You always make me feel at ease no matter what the situation. Both my daughters, and I have been patients and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr Leung and the entire team at Davis Orthodontics! I had come to the clinic interested in the Invisalign procedure to straighten a few teeth that had shifted since having braces as a teen decades ago. 7 months later I am very happy with my new and improved smile! :) The office is very clean and every staff member is friendly and professional. Everyone is knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had. The office uses the latest dental technology and I love how they were able to show me at my consultation what my end results would look like. I also appreciated their use of text for appointment confirmations and reminders. Very well run and efficient office. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Very happy with the end results and the care they provided. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

My 3 children all had their braces at this office. The experience has been nothing but great. The fun activities and treats (hot chocolate, yogurt, ice cream, you name it) they prepared for the kids are awesome, but most importantly, they took care of everything for the parents from scheduling, financing to emergency visits, etc, on top of the great quality of orthodontics services.

Today was the day! My teeth are straight! I’m 49 years old and I waited 35 years to get braces and I had pretty bad, crooked teeth. I’m so glad to have eventually done it. I checked out 3 different places, including Davis Ortho in the Richmond Hill location and they won out. Price was comparable between all three but Davis staff were really friendly and genuine from the receptionists, coordinator, to consult, to hygienist and Dr Leung was so nice, patient and knowledgeable. The other two places had that salesy vibe, which turned me off. Dr Davis himself even called to see how things were doing after a couple of weeks of wearing Invisaligns. Obviously unnecessary but it was a nice personal touch. I even one time arrived on the wrong day for my appointment - like a whole week early! Instead of sending me home, they found time to fit me in anyways, which I was super grateful. Lastly, no surprise charges for like wires, night retainers, etc. Being new to braces, I didn’t think to ask about these at the beginning as I found out from my friends later that they were charged extra for these little details for their kids and that I would likely need these at the end of my process. Everything is all included in the price, including the wires (guaranteed for 2 years) and night retainers. I even got a gift card from them from Pizza Pizza or Starbucks as a celebratory “My braces are done!”. I would totally recommend this place and even have both my kids going there now.

I had a argument with Dr. Davis previously when I left a critical review over the service and billing. He told me bluntly that the rate is high (higher than most Orthos) because of the level of skill, attention and expertise he and his team provides. Well, here's the 'skill' his team brought to the table. My child's 1.5yr bracing was a nightmare. Each time we worried about the technician we were going to get. There is a particularly bad technician that talks constantly while doing the tightening and adjustment and we would have to return again for the braces to be re-adjusted because it had fallen off. During treatment, when there are questions, you are pretty much told to see how it goes after it's removed. My child felt the perfect bite 4 months before brace removal and as the treatment was incomplete at that point, they continue bracing and after brace removal, the perfect bite was lost. If I am paying a premium, I do expect perfect and great service. Do your research, get multiple quotes and don't feel you have to get braces from an Ortho. There are regular dentists who are certified to do bracing and they do a great job (as is what happened with my nephew who paid only a fraction of the cost of what Davis Ortho is charging).
