LOVE Ricki's! Pretty clothes and great sales. Wonderful salespeople who remember us and are really helpful! Too bad my local Ricki's at Conestoga Mall did not have the 'resort collection' but they helped me order online which I very much appreciated.

Loved the spring lavender trench coat I got here and the long sleeves basics top. Also had excellent service from Tracy, one of the best I’ve had at a clothing store.

So stylish and affordable variety of women clothing. I loved the pair of pants and the blouse I got and I will revisit this place again.

Amy (hope I spelled that correctly!) is amazing…. As soon as you walk in the store you are greeted and left to shop. She is well versed on the styles and provides professional 5 star service. She remembered when I was there in the summer and my favourite colour! This location is hands down my favourite! The other ladies were helpful and provided exceptional service as well. It’s nice to have amazing service in a time when courteous and attentive customer service is rarity. Thank you for another great shopping experience!

I went into Ricki’s Conestoga, desperate to find dress pants that fit my inseam. I’m 6’1, and shopping typically ends in me either crying or sad-eating French fries. I was greeted by Elena, who instantly asked me how my day was going. I had been to four stores prior (Dynamite, RW&Co, H&M and The Bay) with no luck and absolutely zero acknowledgement from sales staff, even while I was holding items. Elena listened to my needs and started finding my options. The best part about this experience, is even though she’s new and was extremely busy in the store - she never made me feel rushed. She was never frustrated with me. She balanced the other guests and did everything with a smile. The other lady that was in the store was excellent too. I will be coming back to this location and rebuilding my wardrobe in the coming weeks. Absolute 10/10 experience. Elena, thank you so much. You’re an absolute asset to the company and have a bright future ahead of you.

Cynthia was amazing. I have gained a lot of weight and do not feel comfortable in my own skin. She spent so much time trying to find me something I could feel comfortable in. She listened cares and did an amazing job. So much patience. Definitely will shop here again

Lots of employees waiting to help. Almost too many! But it’s nice to not have to look for someone to help when you have questions. Very friendly staff. Clean store. Well stocked.

I did a purchase the day before and realized on fitting the item at home that it was not how I thought it would fit so I returned it the following day . There were no hassles and salesperson 9999 / Michelle was very pleasant and courteous in giving me a refund . Truly at RICKI’S no sale is ever finalThank you Ricki
