Need a plumber? Look no further. These guys deliver grade A work for a reasonable price and on a timely basis, using good quality products.We have been using their services for several years. During this time it has supplied and installed a pre-filter and UV system, pressure tank, and water softener. Last year it installed the new plumbing for our new kitchen and bathroom makeovers.Each and every time fulfilling our expectations and more.We urge you to give this business a try. I called Regional Plumbing on Dec 3rd indicating that I needed a plumber. First thing He asked was for me to describe the problem. Once I explained what the problem was, he then asked where I lived. I said Nepean. He said Oh we don't service that area". I pointed out that "Nepean" was listed on his website. He said "Oh that was from a long time ago." It took me about five minutes to describe the details of my problem. Where I lived should have been his first question. Very frustrating to deal with."

We have used Regional on several occasions. They installed out water treatment system, moved around drain pipes and water supply lines and solved a most recent water back-up mystery. Many thanks to Rob and Brian for their excellent service.

I have called on Rob 3 times for issues with our home. The most recent, he showed up almost immediately and assessed our problem. He placed the order for parts and was back first thing the next morning! His prices are fair, he explains everything very clearly, and his work is meticulous. Would recommend without hesitation.

Stay clear of these people.They initially quoted me on the items I sent them, then Installed everything completely different.Blamed it on their suppliers…Now that there’s a warranty issue with the water softener they installed, they don’t return emails, or phone calls for service, absolute rubbish.I was also dealing with the owner, who one might expect to be more responsible than that.

This was my first time using this plumber. Called early in the morning with a problem. He came over within half an hour! Did an awesome job and was very pleasant. Would highly recommend and will definately be calling again. Great service!
