T. Simpson installed my first replacement roof 19 years ago. This new replacement roof they just installed is a state of the art shingle system for which they have been specifically trained and certified. The crew stripped the old roof, installed the new roof and roof vents and cleaned up thoroughly in less than day. Roof looks great and I am confident that the quality of the roofing system and the quality of the workmanship. I am confident that I am using the best roofing system and that I had the right contractor to install it.

They were quick to come out provide an estimate and schedule the new roof to be installed. The GAF product and vents they used appears really good quality. But, unfortunately not getting any response back from the company to correct aesthetic concerns after multiple emails and voicemails for the past 4 weeks.They came well recommended, but not overall impressed and we are left somewhat disappointed. Roof comes with a good warrantee, however, if their responsiveness so far is any indication, I am not anticipating much action if we have a warrantee issue.

T Simpson roofing did an impeccable job replacing my roof last week. Service was amazing - fast and friendly. The roof looks great. What really amazes us is how well they cleaned up during and after the project. I would highly recommend them. Big thanks to Tim the owner and Gary the project manager and the rest of the team !

New shingles and attic vents were all installed in one day. The crew arrived before 7:30 am and finished by 5:30 pm. They worked quickly & efficiently. I also appreciated the timely communication with Tiffany, who kept me up to date with timelines and all the necessary details involving the work. It was also a pleasure dealing with Gary, who provided pricing & options. I would highly recommend them.

T. Simpson just completed taking off old damaged siding and installing new siding on the entire house. Cory and James did an amazing job and were very respectful of our property. They didn’t leave until we were satisfied and took the extra time to make sure the job was done right. Fixed the water issues we were having and the new siding looks great. Thank you!

I chose T Simpson Roofing to install engineered board and batten on the second storey of my home and the job done was absolutely perfect. Gary came out for the estimate and Adam and his team completed the work, Adam and his team truly take pride in the work they do and it shows. I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the finished work and will contact them for future projects. Don’t waste your time calling other companies if you are looking for quality work and they are competitively priced for the work they do.
