HORRIBLE! All I can say is these people have been around way too long and do not need your business, at least that's how they make you feel. My company is a food manufacturer and a sizeable purchaser of produce. We were looking at alternative suppliers. They could not get me off the phone fast enough, like I was wasting their time. Their sales rep" is certainly not doing their company any favours. Too bad there are only 15 other companies to choose from."

Worst customer service ever. I had to offload his filthy truck myself while he stood around smoking a cigarette for 20 minutes. My restaurant was very busy as it peak hours and we didn't have the staff to off load it. He told me I'm on my smoke break you're gonna have to wait".Pissed off I called my sales rep but he didn't seem to care as he hung up on me. I'd rather shut down my restaurant than have to buy from Jim Koo again."

Had the misfortunate of being stuck behind one of this business' trucks on the highway - constantly changing speeds and swerving all over the road. When I passed, they didn't appear to be texting, so I'm not sure if alcohol was involved or if the driver just can't drive.. Either way, they should not be behind the wheel.

There delivery driver sideswiped my vehicle when I was in it and will not take responsibility! A despicable company!
