Was told 5 minutes for hot wings. After 5 minutes they said 3 more. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes.

I had an amazing shopping experience at this KFC store today! The customer service was top-notch. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made sure I found everything I needed. They patiently answered all of my questions. Their expertise was impressive. I felt valued as a customer. Overall, it was a pleasure to buy food from here!

It doesn’t even worth a one star. Just saw the employees process the food without wearing gloves. This could not happen in food services at all. This has happened too many times cuz I work for the mall as well so I’ve witnessed it so many times

This store, along with 3140 Douglas and Terlane Place, all give an individual popcorn chicken for doing a survey, but they are supposed to give a small. I understand why, because they don't want to give away free food, but they are obligated to do so, because they are franchises, and must follow company rules. I have talked with customer service before, but nothing happens. I shouldn't have to bring it to their attention every time. I wish I knew how to fix this.

I don’t know add gst is how much for the order, there are no recipe，only the screen shows me $5.29, they give me 50c, I ask them. They always argue with me. I am not a calculator. Please.

Food and safety need to investigate this location. I got 2 zinger from this location both of them were still raw. I asked them for a refund at 5.05pm on Sun and told me they are closed. I need to come back Monday for a refund. Excuses me? One of the employee told me that one of the sandwich we ate half and they couldn't get me a refund. I uploaded a photo of one of the sandwiches, tell me if this was fully cooked. Oh, they said all chicken patties were sent by KFC and they are supposed to be fully cooked. All they have to do is to put it in the fryer for 5min.

The company makes you go through the rigmarole of ordering off of their website for their deals, so I picked their location and then filled in all the info and then it tells me I can't order from there at the moment. Say that up front instead of wasting my time - I went elsewhere.

Kfc needs to research who they franchise to. The current owners are running it i to the ground. They don't tell you until after you pay that it will be 20 minutes for fresh chicken"The parking lot is FULL of cars who have ordered and are waiting for their food lol what a joke."

Ordered a spicy twister, went on with my day opened it up no lettuce and obscene amount of sauce and 2 peices of chicken smaller than a mc nugget for 10$ absolutely disgusted! I guess I wont be getting my twisters any more or anything KFC, so done!!!
