Nice cars, but the staff didn't even say hello. They completely ignore you if you don't look like your actually going to buy a car.

Absolutely love dealing with these guys. James, Mario & Heather are professional and you always leave knowing you've been treated fairly. This is my 4th Lamborghini from Uptown and all experiences have been great and stress free. The entire team (staff) shares a passion & excitement along with a vast knowledge for the brand. These are great people to deal with and i highly recommend them.

I won a Lamborghini from Heather. Of course it was a model but still a hand-made in Italy one off Lamborghini none the less. I recently sold it on eBay for someone else to enjoy, but it was a nice prize and much appreciated. I had won it by coming up with a personalized license plate name for one of her regular clients. My rating is only based on the quality of prize transaction and heathers team regarding customer service and not based on any purchase at dealership.

I emailed Heather for a quote and soon after I was ready to put a deposit and sent her a copy of my Driver’s License which had one of my investment property’s addresses a Town Home she and her manager wrote: “Just because your home isn’t typical of a Lambo owner and raises export flags. I need to build a case in your favor, so if you can send proof of other properties or luxury cars it will help me.” Also suggested to add more options and said I would need to put a larger deposit. What was more concerning is she was told that the manger would just hold onto the deposit and never give me an allocation so I would back out. This was unethical business practices. Not only they profile you and treat you with no respect this is the way they play the game to get more money in their pockets. This is not a service that I was expecting from a Lamborghini Dealer, but then again both her and the manger are high school graduate so I should not hold them to high standard. Later I went with Lamborghini Montreal one of the 1st Lamborghini Dealer in the world. I was not only treated with utmost respect but super easy dealer to deal with. At the end of the day very fortunate that this situation had led me to it as now I am looking forward to doing many more businesses with them. Not only were they wrong but lost business. Please do yourself a favor if you do need to buy from this dealer see someone else or just straight go to Lamborghini Montreal.

Amazing service. Bought two cars from this dealership in the past two years and had an amazing experience. Also like to thank Heather for the amazing customer service and her professionalism, She had done everything she could to make sure me and my wife are happy with our cars and we love the lamborghini we chose. I have also been servicing my Lamborghinis with them for the past few years and nothing but a great service. Well done, will be back for my next Lamborghini for sure.

Great fleet of cars. Nice facility. However don’t compare it with other dealerships such as Audi orPorsche regarding customer service management or aftercare packages. Presumably, being a monopoly in the market or It only caters to a small pool of clients, the service provided and aftercare feels casual at times.

We asked if my son could come in and see his favourite cars in person. Johnny was so gracious and an excellent host.

Service was quick for programming new car keys.

What a great dealership, everyone was very polite and the car selection was excellent. I also met Heather which was a cool experience. Keep up the good work. You definitely have my purchase if I ever become a future Lamborghini customer.
