I make a blended wine of apple, white grape and lengthy aging at home process. The Cherry, Apple and Ron's skills have made the last batch required sampling especially on weekends.

Absolutely unprofessional. Owner drinks YOUR wine and shares it with other customers.I will NEVER go back to bottle at this location. The owner (and sole employee) is a self-admitted alcoholic (telling me on my first visit that he drinks an average of 1.5L of wine per day while AT work, using the excuse that his customers expect him to taste the wine with them") He eagerly poured me at LEAST a half dozen "samples" of various wines while I was bottling- which were obviously taken from the CUSTOMER PAID batches awaiting their bottling. My last time there

Been going to Ron S since he opened in 1998 to bottle our wine. Our taste buds keep getting better and better as our wine choices have changed. He is always willing to answer our questions and our experiences have always been positive. In the past 5 years or so we have always ordered the better to best reds and whites. Our friends can't tell the difference (those that are not wine connoisseurs).

I've bottled wine, mainly white, from Ron for over ten years. He is an avid and knowledgeable vitner, making any bottling experience pleasurable and memorable. As my wine taste became more refined, I started bottling his best" wine and heartily recommend his chardonnay

This is a great place to bottle wine if you want the deal with a person who is very knowledgeable and willing to spend time to ensure you get the best wine suited for you and at a very good price. I knew nothing about wine when I started to bottle. Ron suggested various types of wine until I was able to find the one's best suited for me. I have always had very positive results with Ron. You can't go wrong at Molinara.

It's my first time making wine and this place is terrific. Owner is most knowleable about wine selections. If you're a senior there is a special discount on Tuesdays. He also sells wine bottles so you don't need to bring your own to bottle.

Molinara has been around for years... Great place to bottle your wine if you want to deal with a local merchant who is very knowledgeable and takes pride in the business he runs.. Very friendly and clean atmosphere and prices are very competitive.I will continue to use Molinara for years to come......

I have been bottling wine at Molinara since I moved to Kitchener. The service and quality of wine is of superior quality. The owner is so knowledgeable and very obviously loves what he does. I have tried several different varieties and every one is absolutely the best! This wine making shop is one of my favourite businesses in the KW area!
