Rubies Bra is honestly amazing! From the first message I sent, to the consultation, to the delivery of the bra as well as fitting, had been nothing short of spectacular.Ruhee is a professional, she understood my pain and what I needed. She is honestly amazing! I felt like I was talking to a girlfriend!!! Do you know how hard it is to find someone you can talk to about your undergarments comfortably?! She made me feel at ease.The process on picking style of the bras as well as the fabrics were pretty straightforward as well. Ruhee walked me through the entire thing. She also got me try on different ones, to see what would work for me as well as what I would like.I would definitely recommend Rubies Bra!!!To be able to where a bra that's pain free, comfortable, and beautiful is a must for all women!!!Ruhee, thank you for all you've done for me :)I am so in love with my bras, and can't wait to buy more in the future. I cannot speak highly enough of Rubies Bras. As a plus-sized person, I was initially super nervous about doing a virtual fitting but Ruhee and her team honestly set the bar incredibly high in terms of professionalism, transparency and inclusivity. Not only was every virtual fitting as comfortable as possible, they tailored my bras to my body shape and for the first time in my life, I have a bra that actually fits comfortably and is beautiful! The entire process was incredibly straightforward and Bianca was communicating with me every step of the way when alterations needed to be made and making sure I knew where my bras were in the design and creation process. It is by far one of the best investments I have ever made!

If I have one regret, it’s not investing in custom bras sooner! Ruhee and team made the virtual fitting comfortable and helped me select styles and fabrics that are perfect for me! These bras are an investment but think about the money for “off the rack” bras that fit OK and will last a fraction of the time. My Rubie’s bras fit perfectly and are beautiful! I will never go back to the rack!! The process has been easy, the product is outstanding and I highly recommend.

I got a gift certificate for Rubies Custom Bras - and was very skeptical about doing this at first. It was a very good experience from start to finish. Scheduling, fitting with the samples and deciding on bra style and fabrics was all very efficient. When I received my bra and tried it on, I was actually worried something was wrong... because it was SO unbelievably comfortable!! This is my first bra without an underwire, first bra with straps that stay put and first bra that doesn't leave marks on my skin or feel like it restricts my movement. I'm super happy with the overall experience and exceptionally happy with the end-product!

If you don't fit your bras post-partum, this is the best way to go. Bras never fit me due to my height and size and that only got worse post-partum, so it was great to have them custom made. Ruhee also worked hard to accommodate skin sensitivities to fabric that I wasn't aware of. It was a great experience, would definitely recommend!

The service is wonderful and would highly recommend Rubies Bras to those looking for a great fitting custom bra. The fittings are professional, discreet and intimate. One on one connection in private studio putting me at ease. The workmanship is high quality. I do not even feel like I am wearing a bra. They have a large selection of styles and comfort to choose from. Thank you in making me feel and look great.

I cannot recommend Rubies Bras enough!I have nothing but amazing things to say about the owner and her team.From the initial virtual fitting to receiving my bras to multiple adjustments, Rubies Bras has one priority: make you fall in love with your bra!Their care, patience, attention to detail and quality of products is outstanding. The materials they use are all so gorgeous and of high quality.For context, I was never able to find bras that fit me because my bra size doesn’t fit in the commonly sold ones. Bands are either always too loose, or the cups are too small. This was my first experience with custom bras and I wonder why I waited so long!Even if you fit in “standard” bras, don’t hesitate to consider getting your own bespoke bra, especially with Rubies Bras.
