I was approached by 3 people from this company. The first I couldn't understand half of what she was saying. She didn't follow through with the technical test. Then the company who was hiring sends me a rejection letter. I reply to their rejection letter telling them they have no clue what they are looking for (mostly buzz words in JD) and I didn't even get the technical test due to recruiter. At least they didn't send a no-reply email addy, hats off, you got 1 thing right. The second person who called me (Soni) seems to really care about the reputation of the company and he had to courtesy to call me and we had a good chat, with good feedback. Then I get called again by another recruiter, who was super down to earth on phone and clear. I spent about 45 mins going through JD to check on/off what I had experience with along with a little research on what I didn't have experience with, to possibly correlate other similar tech. Never even acknowledged my return email and never heard from dude again. This company doesn't seem to put in much effort to filter buzzwords in JD from hiring companies, and seem to be unaware of unrealistic JD requirements from companies, some times a quick phone call to simmer down HR's expectations does the trick or speak directly to the hiring department head may save everyones time. Yes it maybe a new approach but we didn't learn how to fly on the first attempt neither. WOFT.

I am a former recruiter and was contacted by Hays for a position by two of their team members. The recruiters were sloppy, disorganized and careless. I realized I was overqualified for the position once I spoke with the employer but Hays hadn't done their research on what the employer actually needed so they sent me a test that was irrelevant and ultimately cost me the job. On top of that the recruiter who originally contacted me used a slew of unprofessional language while on the phone with me. It's a miracle she still has a job.

I was contacted by Justine Tran. She was very kind while I was useful for one of her clients. He never responded to my messages again. Possibly her client found the candidate and I was no longer useful to this advisor. They treat you just like an object. Very bad experience with this adviser.

With great regret, I got it a very bad experience, this is the third time I Got issues with agents ( Charlton ), and I got issues also with (Siddika Jeraj), I have got a very bad service, it's same issues copy, she promised me to start as soon, Unfortunately, after that, she ignored the situation, sent her an email and she wasn't replied that's was since 2 days ago i have waited, then I have sent a complaint to the office.With great regret, I needed to get something is positive nothing, just only negative, if there's something has changed or happened must they let know to the client, positively or negatively، same like other company's, not to ignoring client.The Ignoring really shows lack of respect and lack of appreciation, I really don't know where is the administration, where is the oversight?There must be quality service and not let them use these method, that's should be, this case was the third time yesterday, it happened there.With great regret!!

I'm a contractor thru them. They hire bunch of college grads to act as middle-man (or mostly middle-woman) and can't even answer simple questions like when I will be paid each month. Completely useless!I've been IT contractor for 10+ years and have dealt with many clients/vendors/HR agencies.

I was contacted with one of Hays recruiters to get hired by Hays itself telling me they are increasing their workforce for customer service because of extra workload. I accepted their offer although I had some other offers at that time as well. Everything went well but all of a sudden and after only 2 weeks of working there, one of its managers called me and one other customer service reps in their office telling us oh we do not need this role any more as the business is going down and as simple as that they made my life hard and I am currently jobless which causes me having a lot of financial stress and pressure.This is so disorganized and unprofessional to hire people only for two weeks when the contract is three month. It is so messed up not being able to figure out business needs more properly before making people lives miserable by just having them for two weeks when the contract is 3 months. Now my advise is not to trust this company if having a job is important in your life. But if you are working for fun and you really do not need money for your life, you can let these guys play with you.
